   This was one of the most disappointing takeaway experiences I’ve had. After placing my order, I received a call from the store saying one of my pizzas had been made deep pan instead of thin crust. I clearly said I did *not* want that, and they agreed to remake it. However, when I arrived to collect it, things went from bad to worse. The shop itself was in a poor and unhygienic state—bits of food, toppings, and general rubbish were scattered across the floor. Behind the counter, hygiene and professionalism seemed completely lacking. One staff member, dressed in traditional blue clothing, was casually walking around eating peanuts directly from his hand while serving customers—an obvious risk to anyone with a peanut allergy. To add to that, a couple of staff members were not wearing any uniform at all, which only reinforced the sense that there were no proper food safety standards in place. Several of them were standing around chatting and laughing amongst themselves in their own language, more focused on socialising than serving customers. This lack of attention likely contributed to the mistake happening again—I was given the wrong pizza for a second time. I called back and asked for the correct pizza to be delivered, given the repeated mistake and the off-putting state of the shop. The manager refused, showing no real concern or accountability. Overall, this experience raised serious concerns about both food hygiene and staff conduct. I strongly feel that this location needs to be inspected by the local council’s health department. Mistakes are one thing—but when they come from an environment that’s careless, unsanitary, and unprofessional, it becomes unacceptable.

   I've been told by a few people how amazing the pizzas are here. After trying i was like Wow absolutely amazing pizza! A huge pizza 15" only £7, cooked perfectly, tasted really yummy. Service was good too

   Nice and delicious pizzas. They need to do Asian style pizzas too. Price wise it’s not expensive. 15” pizza for £10 as they have advertised 50% off on everything. Menu will change by end of March for new lower prices, I hope.
