   I had a very disappointing experience at this Domino’s outlet. We were charged extra, and when we asked about it, the staff claimed it was our responsibility to inquire about offers—despite not explaining them properly. To make matters worse, one staff member responded rudely, even using inappropriate language, which was completely unprofessional. The pizza itself was below standard and not enjoyable. Overall, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Domino’s. I would not recommend visiting this outlet.”

   usually always up to scratch but tonight’s pizza was very floppy and oily with no taste what so ever, proper put me off dominos which i’m gutted about as i always got it

   Absolutely zero consideration for the community they serve. Ordered cheese ball twists and got delivered with pepperoni in it and had to spit it out as we don’t eat pork. Their excuse was they were very very busy and were setting up delivery and didn’t check! They Couldn’t tell if it was their driver or the order taker! Ordered online and clearly states cheese ball twists! Definitely not a driver issue as clearly stated our order on the box! Spoke to two managers who were both useless. Can’t take this back. Check your process, do your quality checks and being busy is no excuse and don’t try to blame the driver, take accountability!

   One star only because there’s nothing less I’m able to give , spent hundreds here yet they have messed up from restaurant to delivery to customer service . I left clear notes yet the driver went to the wrong house, I delivered my own food and then it was stone cold. The driver blamed the restaurant and the restaurant blamed the driver as for the resolving customer service all I got was fobbed off telling me some one will be in touch. I’d expect this from a grubby take away but not dominoes . Pathetic

   WOULD NOT RECCOMEND. Ordered from this store for collection, when getting home I realised the pizza was made incorrectly. I rang and I was greeted by a rude employee that couldn’t do anything to rectify their mistake. Very unprofessional.

   Went here tonight for food and will never be back, rude and unhelpful staff. The person I can only assume was a manager or supervisor was the worst. The free dirty looks with the pizza weren't really the topping I wanted
