    Pizza ok, really oily, got my order wrong. Don't order any onions rings!!! Horrible. Dry taste like cardboard.

    Delivery came on time, couriers are usually so nice and a very polite lady courier gave me my pizza. Excellent customer service from her so thank you miss.

    Been using these guys for years never have any complaints however yesterday ordered two large pizzas and now me and my partner have food poisoning. Not happy at all. Service and staff are friendly as usual but unfortunately the pizzas although tasted decent the results are not great.

    Terrible customer service! We ordered a pizza with two toppings and it arrived with only one. When we called to ask them to rectify it the man we spoke to was rude, unwilling to listen to us and was adamant the order came through with only one topping, despite our order confirmation showing otherwise. He said there was nothing he could do and refused to do anything about it. Absolutely dreadful customer service and I’m very disappointed by our experience. In contrast, if there has ever been an issue with Dominos they’ve sent a replacement plus a free side, no questions asked.

    Very rude and arrogant staff and manager. Asked for no tomatoes on pizza and asked for chillies. Got pizza with lots of tomatoes, and only 3 chilles, took over 30 minutes to get 2 pizzas. When asked, Staff rudely replied, " The oven is taking long, not our fault. If you don't like it, take your custom somewhere else, and we can do a refund." Shocking bad service. Even the manager said, "You can give bad reviews and who is going to see your reviews." Really, they don't care. We used to love pizzas from Pizza Hut but are now trying Domino's or any other takeaway who can give better customer service

    Bugler alarm goes off several times a week at random times of the night (right now it’s 2.30am it’s going off). Their delivery drivers are loud, litter all the time and constantly block traffic. The pizza is meh.

    Very disappointed and angry that I was refused my legitimate Meerkat Meals discount today at Pizza Hut in Middlebrook Retail Park, Bolton. When I called on Saturday Dec 17th to book a table for a Meerkats Meal, I was told the restaurant was taking only walk ins. No mention of Meerkats deal being cancelled. There was nothing about the change on the Meerkats app. When I arrived at the restaurant today and explained I was using the Meerkats offer there was no mention of the deal being cancelled. In fact the lady who showed us to our table explained that the buffet offer was still on, but commented that with six of us dining the 2 for 1 Meerkats offer would be a better deal for us. When we ordered there was no mention of the deal not being available. When I went to pay and showed my Meerkats membership, the waitress said that was fine, but went to the manager to check how to process it correctly . It was the manager who came out and told me "The Meerkats Meal deal is not available from now until January 2023." No apology. I told him there was no notification of that on the app. He said Pizza Hut could cancel it any time they liked, and that he had received an email telling him about it. I asked for a copy of the email, which I have attached. Now the manager was obviously not the sharpest tool in the box or he would have realised that the rather rudimentary note he had received WAS INTENDED TO BE DISPLAYED IN THE RESTAURANT SO THAT CUSTOMERS WERE AWARE THE DEAL WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THERE WERE NO NOTICES ON DISPLAY IN THE RESTAURANT. IT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE TO ONLY TELL CUSTOMERS A DISCOUNT IS NOT AVAILABLE WHEN THEY COME TO PAY THE BILL. Perhaps the manager is a graduate of the customer support team (or whoever deals with discount deals) because the morons put the wrong date on the notice - Friday December 17th??? December 17th was of course a Saturday. It is not acceptable to hoodwink customers. Staff at Bolton were given repeated opportunities to advise me that the Meerkats deal was suspended - but failed to do so. Pizza Hut led me to believe I would receive the discount - which I did not. It was misrepresentation.

    Got 3 big deep pan pizzas. 2 meat and one vegetable. Meats pizzas were a bit inferior quality, but vegetarian pizza was horrible. Crust was very chewy. it seemed like reheated, and toppings was not enough. I think being loyal to Pizza Hutt was the wrong decision. Pizza hut going down in quality big styleWe willll have to try some takeaways who might be better value and quality.

    Was going through some reviews which have downgraded the rating of this place and they are irrelevant as this is a delivery/take away NOT a dine in. Whenever my family or I have ordered pizza they have been superb, nice and hot pizza delivery to your doorstep. Good pizza and good staff so keep up the fantastic work
