Great local old school American style pizza! Friendly staff and shop is always busy! Some great cheap collection deals and open late - bossman always throws in a free BBQ sauce too. Appreciate this local spot :)

Ordered from · 81 Fortess Rd pizza was terrible, I’ve been a customer from various branches for many years and by far the worst. I ordered a veggie hot bearly any vegetable just mostly peppers and very doughy. Definitely not ordering from this branch again, very disappointed but very hungry and needed to eat it just was not satisfying at all!
Horrible experience with Tops Pizza Kentish Town. We order from various Tops sites frequently for a good Deep Pan pizza so we know how they come. Ours arrived cold, thin, undercooked and chewy. The dough was raw under the toppings, hadnt risen and the pizza was inedible. Staff were very rude when i called them and laughed at me while saying there was "nothing to do" and that a manager might or might not call me back. My boyfriend called again to follow up, and the manager called him straight back, refused a refund and eventually agreed to send him another pizza which arrived 3hrs after the initial order at 10.45pm by which time we werent hungry anymore. The second pizza was just as bad as the first. Dont order from Tops Kentish Town unless you want to waste £25 and be laughed at by sexist staff.
Took nearly two hours to arrive…taste was ok but stone cold on delivery and the pizza was thin crust and not the deep pan I ordered. Won’t be back…
Absolutely disgusting. I waited 20 minutes for some curly fries I would have better at home (and not burnt them!) from which the very rude cook ate out of my box before handing it me after charging me £4.99. Daylight robbery.
First time trying from this place. Observed strange practice.... My pizza was pushed back into the oven several times to brown! Maybe an economy drive where the thermostat has been turned down ( could possibly slow down the conveyor belt! ).
Regarding the two vegan pizza options both I and my partner ate from Tops Pizza they were okay, but certainly didn't make up for the chicken wings ''extra''' we were giving that we didn't order. Well considering we opted for the vegan option of the pizzas should logically signify to anyone with intelligence that we are ethical and moral vegans, my low rating would be zero stars if that we an option for rating. I will say without any doubts both myself and he , shall not be ordering ever again from Tops Pizza.
