   A pizza with spoiled food was served. Never have I had a pizza experience this bad. One of the ingredient in the pizza must have gone bad, a strong foul smell and taste is given once I bite into it. I thought I was being delusional, I had another slice, it was fine. However the next slice the same scent is there. It was then clear that one of the ingredient is spoiled and definitely inedible. Called the store, the manger says he tested all ingredients, they are fine. While, ours, delivered by them, is clearly inedible. The store manager says he can care less about how I think, he tells me he think the pizza is fine and all ingredients are fine, he checked. Clearly he doesn’t care how I have gotten a pizza that gives out smell of faeces. Absolutely disastrous, ruined the night and never again will I give PapaJohns another go, how can it be this bad, astonishing

   Awful experience. I waited over an hour for delivery and was constantly getting told the driver was picking up my order immediately, when clearly there was no driver anywhere near the store. They refused to cancel my order because they said it was on the way, it was not. The food arrived cold and the dough was raw in parts. I am NEVER ordering from Papa John’s again. It was a terrible experience. Avoid!!!!!

   Awful experience. I waited over an hour for delivery and was constantly getting told the driver was picking up my order immediately, when clearly there was no driver anywhere near the store. They refused to cancel my order because they said it was on the way, it was not. I was then offered a full refund by the shop assistant and the manager. I am still waiting for my refund. I have contacted head office who have also done nothing about it. The food arrived cold and the dough was raw in parts. I am NEVER ordering from Papa John’s again. It was a terrible experience. Worst customer service. I spent over £50 on inedible food that I had to wait over an hour to be delivered. Do not recommend.

   I have ordered few times it was ok, Today the pizzas came just about warmish, the garlic bread burnt, the topping was not what I ordered even though it's not their fault is the stupid website, I won't be ordering from papa John's for sure, I forgot to mention the ingredients were half cooked,,

   Ordered around 14:47 today, said the pizza was out the oven at 15:01. Didn’t receive until 16:17. Called a couple of times for update on when it’s coming as was concerned it was going to be cold. Was reassured it was coming soon and it will be hot. After many false promises on delivery time I just waited when I saw that it said delivered 15:58. When I saw this called them multiple times and of course no one picked up, I got ready and left to go sort this in person when the delivery guy turned up as I was leaving, driver was nice and friendly and tried to explain why they was having issues and i understand it wasn’t his fault. However if no one is available to deliver don’t start making the food until someone is! Food was clearly reheated but still on the cold side, first time ordering from papa johns and will definitely be the last.

   If I could do 0 i would. Absolutely awful customer service. Called multiple times to ask where order is. No reply after being told it will arrive warm. Said delivered for about 10 minutes and when pizza was received it was clearly reheated and pretty disgusting. Avoid completely and don’t waste your money!

   I placed an order via Papa John’s app on 28th September evening. Order didn’t arrive for about an hour. I called this branch and asked what’s going on. The staff member said somehow my order didn’t went through their system. I was charged £24.98. He apologised and said he will refund it. It’s been 17 days and I still haven’t received my refund. I called them 3 times and they keep saying I will be refunded. I feel like I was robbed by Papa John’s. A terrible experience. Does anyone know if there is a way to sue these people?

   So today I ordered a Xtra large vegan pizza, fries and desserts. My pizza arrived cold, sloppy and sliced as if nobody gave a dahm. Before eating the pizza I rang the store and explained the situation. Do you know what the Manager replied? He said “ what do you want me to do?” he also said he cannot do refunds because the system doesn’t let him even though Papa Johns have a clear refund policy put in place. I told him I will be contacting Papa Johns customer service and he replied “go on I don’t give a s***”. Now I don’t know whether he was just having a bad day or they just don’t care about customers either way they’re horrible. But at least the cinnamon buns came warm.
