Food was barley edible, food arrived cold ordered some onion rings what look like they have been rolled around in the mud flavourless food
Ordered two basic burger meals for delivery pretty close to opening time- meals took over an hour to arrive, were bland and tasteless and the staff were extremely ambivalent and unapologetic first and last time ever ordering from this place and would strongly recommend avoiding this place. Hi there, I just recently came in and ordered 4 meals. I have to say I was quite disappointed this time around. Compared to a previous visit where the food and service were great, this time the portions were noticeably smaller, the food wasn’t very hot, and it all felt a bit rushed. It just didn’t meet the standard I was expecting based on our earlier experience. I’m now unsure whether to return, which is unfortunate because I really enjoyed it last time. Just wanted to share this in case it helps improve consistency going forward. Thanks for taking the time to read.
Never had to complain about caesars, but 30 mins late is a joke. So I ring up to be told its already out for delivery, to the wait a further 25 mins. For a shambles of a chips and cheese, barely half of the box, £3.99 is a joke. Pizza is stone cold... You have fallen off lads. Proper
Worst takeaway Ive come across in a while. Chapatis where hard and stale, curry was tasteless pizza was undercooked. Chips where stale onion bhajis full of oil. Would not return here again!!
The food is amazing for the price, it’s a go to takeaway. Would definitely recommend.
Iv ordered from Caesars for years and always get the Chicken Rogan Josh and am yet to have better. Iv gone Akbars, Bengal Brasserie, Jinnahs you name it and never once has it been anywhere near as good as Caesars, most of them come really dry this one is really saucy and have nice chunks of tomato too would be even better if you could add Aloo (potato) to it. I haven’t done an order here for years and was apprehensive about the Rogan Josh being completely different now but it was exactly the same as it always has been! Very quick delivery too, arrived earlier than expected, over the moon with the service and food.
Ordered mixed kebab and onion rings. Received kebab meat and onion rings. Phoned them and had cheek to say £2 delivery charge to bring the correct order
Absolutely disgusting experience with this takeaway. Spent almost £30 for two of us and the food came almost child sized. Paid £5 for a portion of kebab and it came in a small chip container and was under cooked. Had overcooked steak and chicken tikka- could barely bite into it. Rung up to complain and they sent us some free food but it was as horrendous as the food before. Delivery driver was also abhorrent and deliberately rude, making snide comments about something in the garden. Would not even give this takeaway 1 star. Never ordering from here again.
Ordered a Bolognease pizza and a Garlic bread, driver showed up with JUST the garlic bread. Tried contacting the store but they shut. Seemed like they rushed it like hell since the garlic bread was cold. Will not be ordering from here and I advise everyone not to. Terrible customer service and appreciation. Got a full refund.
