   It will always be a part of my heart to miss this takeaway. During my time living in dial street, George's meals were fresh, yummy, tasty, excellent and filling with good standards. George has always been kind and provided great service. With love, respect, honesty, and delicious food, I cannot fault the man who looked after us and his customers. It's always a pleasure to eat the food here. My only complaint is that I haven't been able to try everything on the menu. What a wonderful man and what an awesome takeaway that is not only historic but also offers great service from George. Thank you very much, George and your team, for all those awesome takeaways.    I bought a chicken mahkani, it’s very good. Also, I explained to the bloke behind the counter I’d walked 15mins to get there, he wrapped it up in tin foil for me, as well as bring in a box, it was still warm when I got back. He’s a friendly/helpful guy.

   I'm shocked to be putting this review but after many years of ordering from here I've got to say I'm disgusted with the food. Ordered pizza which was delivered within 10 minutes and could tell it wasn't fresh. It also arrived cold. I paid £4.50 for chocolate cake and it was tiny! Sort it out George mate. You've lost a good customer

   Ordered as a leaflet came through the door, treat of the week. For the food too not turn up and the restaurant to rudely blame us as the number was incorrect, firstly no one was on the street as we were watching out, issue not resolved just an argument with the owner. Mistakes are made when using online accounts but to have no resolution is poor customer service. Will not be trying again

   DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! Waited outside in freezing cold for food. Didn't show up. Rang them and got abused down the phone. 1hr 45 mins later food shows up stone cold. Disgusting food and even worse customer service.

   DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. In total the order took nearly 2 hours to get delivered (even though I live less than a km away). I was waiting out the front for the delivery driver for 20 minutes as hadn’t heard anything at the hour mark. Called the store and was very aggressively shouted at saying the delivery driver was out the front waiting for me and then got hung up on. Called back saying I was out the front waiting and he proceeded to yell again saying that the delivery driver had been waiting 30 minutes for me. The driver eventually showed up, pizza was cold and had no flavour. Would never order from here again and advise everyone else not too as well.

   Would not deliver as ‘busy local’ even though we have ordered many times and offered extra mileage money. Perhaps due to man with no manners answering phone. We always order at least £30-£35 of food for family and they’ve lost our custom. Even if busy, even if delivery not possible, being ill mannered shows a lack of care which casts doubt on the care taken with food. Poor

   Just order a 50/50 pizza, turned up like this, looks like driver has been playing football with it, absolutely disgusting and to top it off nobody is answering the phone.

   Most disappointing food I have ever had trought it would make a change I had a gourmet burger cold chips cold what a let down will not get food from here again
