   Food was mediocre. The supervisor is so rude and there is no atmosphere, the fact that we were the only diners on an early Friday evening says it all! If they claim to be Asian then you would at least expect them to have decent quality sushi. However both of the sushi’s we had, had issues. The yellowfin tuna uramaki was salty and the volcano uramaki was chewy which is simply not good enough. We complained to the waitress - who to be fair to her was lovely - but was told that the chef said it was meant to be cooked that way. In all my experience of eating sushi never have I had to wrestle with the sushi that I’m playing tug of war with it. We asked for it to be taken off the bill however without even talking to us the supervisor said because we had eaten two pieces we couldn’t. How else were we meant to try the food. We demanded to speak to the supervisor explaining the issue only to be spoken to in a patronising and rude manner. The customer service delivered from the supervisor was absolutely shocking. We could’ve quite easily stayed for more drinks and desserts had they been apologetic about the sushi, but we decided after being treated the way we had and having already spent £65 it was time for us to leave.

   Went to Kobe after a long awaited recommendation. The food was amazing! The servers were so good and were able to keep on top of service even though it was a full house and only two of them. The salt and pepper squid was phenomenal! Me and my partner agreed it was one of the best dishes we have ever had! Very good experience. Only downside was we ordered the soup dumplings and got gyozas in broth which were very tasteless. Overall had a very good experience! Will definitely be returning!

   The atmosphere is good but after travelling Asia for years I can tell you it's far from Pan Asian. There was very little flavour in any of the food. It all just tasted the same no authenticity at all. It was very very pricey for the quality. If you want a good insta pic and you don't care about the flavour of food/haven't travelled you might enjoy but I surely won't be going back. Hot duck down the road is far better and way more authentic to how it tastes in Asia. The service was mediocre we didnt feel inclined to tip and I always tip. Apparently they're having a rejig soon and it very much needs it. I have a friend who used to go all the time but stopped and I see why now. No one asked us how the meal was to be able to give the feedback at the time hence the review.

   We just had a meal for four for my nieces birthday. We shared a large selection of small plates and a couple of sushi platters washed down with several cocktails. The food was excellent, and likewise for the young chap serving us. Not a complaint but I’d have liked a larger selection of cocktails and drinks, especially anything with rum. They did get us drinks which weren’t on the menu and that’s always appreciated. We would certainly return. One of the best meals I’ve had locally.

   Loved it. We’ve been looking for a good sushi place close to where we live (Mossley) for a while now, the best being in Manchester. This is now our favourite restaurant, the sushi was gorgeous, the atmosphere pleasant and the staff were great. Have already booked to go back.

   We came here last week for our friend's birthday and it was amazing! Delicious food, loads of choices for veggies and vegans too! Amazing cocktails and absolutely lovely staff, we were served by Connie who was really helpful and friendly, will definitely be coming back here again!
