   Ordered tonight (23-07-2024) Onion bhaji, mushroom bhaji,curry sauce king Kong burger(3 burgers),bottle of pop. I ordered through just eat. It arrived early. I opened the cartons up there was onion bhaji but instead of mushroom bhaji they sent chicken strips(these were overcooked and like rubber)I needed the pop to swallow it down The curry sauce was very thick and cold even though it came in a foil carton The triple burger a again was like rubber overcooked It came with chips again these were overcooked I used to use NAZ's most of the time But I found canoe express further down to be a lot better I thought I would give NAZ'S another go. but some how the cooks that are there midweek seem to be different to a weekend.

   I had rung up to order myself a garlic cheese margarita, with an additional Large Donna Kebab with Sauces etc, can I just say probably the best in wakey. I was met by a lovely young chap called usman, and his passion for this food and business was amazing, I will definitely be coming back, keep it up boys.

   i posted a mean review on just eat but wanted to come up front and say you’ve dealt with the issue so well and i’m so happy with it, i will be coming back. The food was great like always, boiling hot. It had been missing a drink but you’d communicated so well i honestly mean it when i recommended this place! i totally understand the rush hours,patience needed etc so im sorry and thank you for your kindness.

   Our food was delivered 50 minutes late. When it arrived, the food was cold, and the curries ordered had the wrong meat (Ordered Lamb, they sent Chicken). We called the restraunt about the issue and they didn't care. They said they ran out of lamb for the curry so substituted for chicken without asking if this was acceptable or if we wanted an alternative. They also said they couldn't help being 50 minutes late to deliver as they only had one driver. They offered to send another pizza, but we said we didn't need any additional food as this would just end up being wasted. They told us to request a refund through just eat. After about 10 minutes the restaurant called us back and said if we will be refunding the food on just eat, they will be sending a driver back to our house to collect the food as it was a large order. We said this was ridiculous as it was their mistake, and we requested a refund following them telling us to do so and had only requested a partial refund for the incorrect food being sent. They said this was fine and hung up. 5 minutes later, another phone call from someone who was extremely rude and has no idea what customer service is. I was told they will be coming to pick up all the food, otherwise, they will not issue a refund as we are lying about the food being cold and are just trying to eat free food. He was raising his voice at me and told me he knows all my neighbours well, which wouldn't be good for me (I don't appreciate being threatened). When I told him he can come and get the food he asked if it would all be there, I told him it was partially eaten as we had already waited 2 hours since ordering and had only requested a refund for incorrect items sent. He again was shouting down the phone at me and telling me I'm a liar and scamming them. I told him if he calls me again, I will report him for harassment, to which he said he was already recording me. This is really rude and unprofessional, I have never known such bad customer service or anyone so aggressive and rude because of their own mistakes. I would love to know whether they would have collected this food and tried to resell it to someone else. We will not be ordering from there again, absolutely disgusting

   The menu is incorrect on just eat it said they have lamb biryani witch I ordered and they bring me chicken and when i called them they said they dont do lamb, There was rice missed off my order and the chicken korma was way to sweet and oily its like they put 1kg off sugar and whole bottle of oil. Completely inedible The garlic bread was a joke (spung bob) I am not ordering food from here ever again As a business they should take this as constructive criticism. And make a better effort These are my dishes the food looks great and tastes evan better.

   Ordered Supreme pizza, in my opinion mushroom onion chicken is not supreme. VERY DISSAPOINTING. Will not use this takeaway again.

   Perfect place for fast food, if you're broke. The place looks dirty and run down. Food is cheap, and unfortunately poor quality. Everything is very greasy. They have some great meal deal collection offers, but seeing the place in person has totally put me off a return visit.

   Pay they're drivers £45 a shift That's 9 hours 45÷9 =5 That's £5 an hour That's £4.50 less then the national minimum wage. Hope the owners satisfied he's ripping them off. 9 hours on road and when they're not out on road they're in back helping out and cleaning. Slave labour rings to mind. It's 2022. And the food I'm.not even going to go there because my phones on 85 percent and it will die out
