Ordered a munch box this evening the 2 cans of pop were forgotten rang up. within 5 mins it was delivered excellent service from massimo and excellent food.

You cannot fault the Quality and quantity of their menu regardless of what you choose. Delivery is always excellent more often than not early. Hot and delicious. I've been using these guy's solely for over three years now.
first time trying this place ordered a cheesy garlic bread not a drop of grease freshly cooked and chips was freshly cooked and the chicken burgers was juicey definitely ordering again
Poor customer service, poor quality food. Feel absolutely horrific after eating what we expected to be a nice takeaway. Never again.
Used to be ok but gone downhill rapidly in recent weeks, we are a loyal long term customer but won't be for much longer if things don't improve, and the word WILL be spread Massi!
If I could have given 0 stars I would of, absolutely shocking service from start to finish, Ordered the food at 7.30pm as 9pm came still nothing arrived, so I gave a restraunt a quick call just wondering how long it would be, was told 20 minutes, anyway 10pm came still nothing, I gave them a call back to be told 10 minutes, the guy on the phone was rude and proceeded to hang up, The food finally arrived at 10.45pm!! Packaging damaged, custard all-over the shop, food was literally freezing, wouldn't recommend this place to my dog, ☆☆☆☆☆ 0 stars from me avoid!
