Food is great! Always fresh, hot and juicy. Staff are polite and helpful. Had an occasion where food was missed from my order but the restaurant called me and apologised, drove back to grab it.
This place was an absolute joke. The food was so late it was ridiculous. And to top it off, they forgot half of my order. When I called to complain, the staff was beyond rude no apology, just attitude. Clearly, customer service isn’t in their vocabulary. The food? Cold, soggy, and disgusting. It was like they didn’t even care. Honestly, this place is a joke. No professionalism, no respect for customers. Don’t waste your time or money on this place absolute shambles.
Called to see where our order was asked for my postcode could hear women shouting across the whole shop to ask people what was going on to be told our food was cooked but no driver and was looking at another 45 minutes (was already waiting an hour at this point) didn’t get no apology or offer for discount or anything for another time just no organisation and so rude. Finally turned up freezing cold as expected
Have been using this place for quite some time, the food is usually great, have had the pizzas chicken burgers and peri chicken, only two things thats making it miss 5 star, when i started using this place a long time ago you got a really good portion of peri fries and there was plenty of seasoning, the bags are maybe 50% of what they were and they are not really that generous with the peri seasoning, maybe the top 20% of fries covered… also delivery times can sometimes be a really long time…. Having passed those two probably minor points all my other views on this place are pretty positive,, More seasoning please guys
Ten ten food always order the wrap, same standard is maintained, to many people on these reviews feel to entitled banging food perfect timing I ordered on uber and decided to go out my way to drop a review. jalapeños were no joke for someone who loves a bit of spice 10/10
The meal deal option is good and the taste is quite good..I recommend a half platter option..The pizza portion and taste is worth the value..I don't recommend rice as a side..
EMPTY BAG! Ordered from this place at around 11:30pm. Had an estimated time between 12:15 and 12:45am. Sat down in the front room I began to get impatient at 01:00am. I checked the front door to find an empty bag sat on my front doorstep. I am not happy one bit and would recommend never to order from this place. It is a shambles.
Popped in here on the way home food is really nice I had 5 boneless chicken and chips in a small pizza box with a drink £10 abit expensive for what you get but the food is nice
Have this place quite regular and always really pleased with the food but the last couple of times I've ordered from here and I e had lasagne which h I always do,but this time It was inedible. It looked like dog food and didn't even taste like lasagne just slop. Our twister fries were considerably undercooked, some of them close on still raw. My children's garlic bread was soggy. Just so really underwhelmed and disappointed with their service the last 3 times I have ordered from here, because it used to be so on point. This was always the first choice but will be reconsidering.
