Yesterday morning I went to get some pizza with my friends, and the staff were beyond amazing and gave us our order very fast! I 100% recommend
today i called to order pizza , one lady who answered the call i asked her can you check what i ordered last time please order same she said No i can’t check because i have no time i am busy , she so rude , i never had this type experience with domino’s pizza before. i always preferred domino’s pizza its really nice but staff should have sense how to get with customer.
I ordered fom Dudley branch at 7:45pm ton Sat th 19/07. I live 5 minutes drive from the branch. It arrived at 8:15pm but my Chick 'N' Mix box wad missing. The driver got on the company whattsapp chat straight away to tell them of my missing items. At 8:45pm it hadn't arrived so we called the shop. The staff member said they were really busy and that the order was in the shop. So she took our details and said it would be on its way with the next driver. At 9:15pm it still hadn't arrived. So we called back again and this time she asked how we had ordered. She went through the just eat orders and read out our address that was correct. She also read out our telephone number but this was incorrect. She then said she would cook it fresh and send it out straight away. We asked how long and she said straight away as soon as it was cooked.. At 9:45pm I decided i'd had enough and got in the car to come to the store. At the same time the store called my partner to say can you answer the door as the driver outside. I was still in front of my house and there was no driver in sight. He had in fact gone to a Leabrook road which is not our address. when I got to the store I explained everything that I have just written and they said "dont worry the driver is on his way". I said that he had gone to the wrong address and they just looked at me as though they had run out of excuses. I asked them to explain to me how it had gone so badly wrong and how I had waited 3 hours for a delivery that was 5 minutes from the store, the lady serving said it was an error on just eat. I reminded them that we had callled up twice since the just eat order had been taken, and we had given our address both times. the lady serving asked me what I wanted to correct things and I said "Please just give me my chicken box" They very quickly emerged with 2 chick n mix boxes and a bottle of coke. I left as I was starving and did the 5 minute drive home. when I opened the boxes they were both stone cold. At this point I gave up and threw them away. The service that night eas beyond appalling. And the store are either completely incompetent or liars. On the night, I contacted Domino's via direct message on X. They gave me a link to fill out a customer service form. I did it straight away. it's now been 9 days and I haven't heard anything from them. Safe to say I won't use them again.
Fresh and hot food. High prices though not the stores fault. Used a couple times and always good. Had wrong order once but they rectified quickly and added extras for free.
**edit** the store rang me to apologise about the pizzas I received and offered my free pizza, I accepted the free pizza a week later so rang up and they delivered it and it was back to normal with it being fresh and hot. Burnt top on pizza and dry base like cardboard, it wasn’t hot when it arrived, the wedges wasn’t hot or cooked through the only good thing was garlic bread, the chicken strips was ok at best but looked anemic. never had any issues before with domino’s at this store but won’t be ordering again as local independents are better quality than this! And especially for the costing. Have contacted domino’s direct and awaiting response!
Good pizza, friendly staff but delivery time can be a bit long.
Use these every Friday no more every time wrong dips that are nearly 2 quid each missed or wrong we ring the store and tell them and they say ok we will sort it and still get wrong it’s not hard is it
You won't get a better Dominos than Dudley. Perfect pizza everytime, friendly staff and lots of great deals too. Kingswinford is my local branch for delivery but i'd rather collect and get it from Dudley where you know you're guaranteed a good pizza.
Never buying anything from this branch, me my partner and friend nearly died yesterday after spending about £45 on pizza and bbq wings we didn’t get to watch Liverpool vs Madrid play as we were all vomiting none stop, still having stomach pain wft. It can’t be a coincidence for three people to be all vomiting and having a serious stomach pain. This branch need to closed!
Order number - 453016768 made on the 6th of April, ordered a pizza and was delivered and was obviously dropped, flipped over etc as all the topping were in the corner of the box and was also cold, not normally like this from our local Domino's. Informed Dudley branch straight away and they said it would be refunded and apologised, they did offer to make a new one for me but it was already late at night and i wasn't prepared to wait another half an hour+. Sent pictures off and informed both customer service team and tried to get refund from Paypal. Dudley branch / Customers services have still not contacted me at all, where as Domino's refused via paypal and said this is a branch issue. Never had an issue with Dudley before but this hasn't been handled very well. Waste of money!!
