Ordered Two Pizza’s Saturday night & to my surprise; they merely arrived Luke warm // Cold.. the “Cheesy Garlic Bread” was not soo cheesy likewise it lacked the decency of Heat (Temperature) surely this is a legal requirement to serve food of at least 70>75*.. I’m sure EHO ought to visit this joint.. I’ll CC HQ into the email too.. How on earth do they serve Cold Pizza with Melted Ben & Jerrys; something ain’t adding up here. Not to mention Captain sully the so called manager with appalling customer service & zero manners..!! Ruined my appetite quite frankly!!!
I’m so disappointed and was extremely angry the pizza I received from :Pizza Hut Leyton 271 High Road, Leyton, London, E10 5QN I called up before I ordered my pizzas and was told that you don’t deliver to my location despite you being under 12 mins away so I drove to the store, I order 2 large pizzas and waited on my order when I returned home we open the box to eat as this was our dinner after being out all day but we was literally spitting out the food due to the taste of the chicken pizza which tasted off and of rancid cooking oil plus there was barely even 10 pieces of chicken on the pizza, and the whole of the pepperoni pizza base was dripping with oil and completely soft totally inedible. I immediately called the branch to explain to the manager the condition of the pizza and all he just said that’s how pepperoni pizza are and was not sympathetic at all, I asked for a refund he said that you have to go online for a refund. This is totally unacceptable the uneditable pizza’s condition and the poor customer service displayed by the Leyton branch manager. I drove all the way to the branch and back to received not a immediate refund and have to waste my time explaining and typing this to customer services to get a refund is totally unacceptable as this could have been refunded by the branch manager
Ok so I have concerns about being overcharged, each time I go in to order and collect the staff seem unclear about charging the price that is advertised. This occasion I ordered (verbally very clearly) x2 £9.99 pizzas ... when the order was processed it came to £21.99... now I KNOW IT'S ONLY £2 MORE but if they (the franchise owner) adds £1 or 2 quid to each and every order then something is wrong. This happens every time I visit LEYTON Pizza Hut - SO I HAVE CONTACTED HEAD OFFICE accordingly as something doesn't quite add up... CHECK THE PRICE OF WHAT YOU ORDER AND WHAT YOU PAY. Pizza was ok but in future I will go elsewhere as don't like feeling like I am being ripped off ! BUYER BEWARE - Pizza Hut Leyton
Had to wait a little to place order as I think only 2 people were working but it was fine or was placed quickly after that and I was told to wait 10 ~ 15 mins place looks good too the little look I got of the kitchen looked iffy kitchen didn't look the cleanest and looked like it needed the grease wiped off it but overall it was good experience.
I’m not sure why this place has such a bad rating it is honestly one of the best pizza place I have visited. Their customer service is beyond superb and they truly care for each and every customer (something that you don’t generally get from franchise restaurants). Food is top notch on a consistent basis, and as a vegan I can confirm that they’ve got quite a few options even willing to change some of the non vegan options to fit you dietary requirements.
Today I've order two vegetarians pizzas and I requested for remove tomatoes and put pineapple instead and the other one remove tomatoes and replace with jalapeno. The person who took my order his name is Chaallo he was very good and made my pizza perfect as I requested. He was very good in understanding and well spoken. Today We were very pleased with Pizza Hut Leyton High service.
Ordered last night and I now have food poisoning I have contacted the delivery provider. The chicken had a weired taste and was very hard in some places I'm assuming incorrectly cooked not sure. The pizza was dripping in oil the whole box was drenched in oil from the bottom and when eating it all you could taste was oil. I'm feeling very unwell I would not recomend this company.
Really helpful staff, in particular the young Asian lady that served me. As he really understood what good customer service is all about. Most importantly the pizza was well cooked and hot. I had 2 Supreme Pan pizzas. Fluffy and crisp
One star is too much for those people!! I don’t even know how they still running this store! We call to ask them specifically to have very small amount of sauce because our kids hate it and won’t eat it! After arriving hour late! The pizza came cold soggy and drained in sauces! Can’t test anything but the sauce! We called but they put us on hold for 20 min then hang up on us. After calling back around 11 times they just told us they will take the pizza back no sorry or anything
