   Disgusting customer service. They missed out wedges on my order and then claimed they delivered them to me. People rude to me on the phone repeatedly throughout. Guy talking over me as i give my address repeatedly. Just horrible. If you came to the reviews to decide wether to order or not, i suggest do not order from here.

   Was going to order a pizza for takeout however just spoken to a very rude staff member on the phone. Was very abrupt and literally shouted at me. Usually order every now and again and their pizzas are okay but management and waiting times as others mentioned are all over the place. Anyway no longer my problem as I won’t be ordering again.

   Delivery arrived after 90 minutes missing one item, contacted for a refund and they hung up on me. Tried to deliver over 2 and a half hours late even though i asked for a refund. Would never use again and going to raise a claim to get money back via credit card due to them not providing the refund requested

   Last time I ordered from this place it was over 2 hours for delivery, called up to be told 5 minutes which ended up been a lot longer. The food is not bad but sounds like other reviews had similar experiences with the delivery. Best to avoid

   This has to be the worst takeaway that I've ordered from. The food is unfortunately really nice so I made the mistake of giving them far too many chances. When the food is delivered the order is consistently wrong with upto half of the items being completely different or missing. Missing items have been due to them not being made and even the delivery driver delivering the items to the wrong addresses. Every consecutive order that I've placed has been wrong in some way or another and on one occasion (when the delivery driver delivered one of my items to the wrong address) the restaurant suggested that I go and pick up my replacement after I paid for delivery. The lastest and last order was cancelled on UberEats (neither myself nor the restaurant (as far as they say) know why). They assured me that the order was out for delivery 60 minutes later and many phone calls that resulted in "he's 5 minutes away" I still didn't receive my order and they then informed me that the order didn't exist, hadn't been made and was never out for delivery. This is my last order with Pizza Palace until they have a serious reorganisation of the processes that go into dispatching and delivery. So if you're happy to put up with all of this then please do order from Pizza Palace, the food is really quite nice!
