   We arrived at the pizza place very earlier in the evening and it was almost empty but very comfy. The place is in the iconic London bus with a delicious pizza. The service was ok as we were on the second floor sometimes the waitress was not around but quite like the food and the atmosphere.

   Had a lovely experience at Heroica Lounge and Bar, Custom House. We ordered pizza and salad, and both were absolutely delicious fresh, well-prepared, and full of flavour. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. We sat on the upper deck of the bus, which was beautifully decorated for Christmas and had such a cozy, festive vibe. The music was spot on and really added to the atmosphere. Overall, a great place for good food, great music, and a unique setting. Would definitely visit again!

   Ordered the veggie pizza here, tasted nice! It had tomatoes, aubergine, olives, cheese. It was soft to bite and chew. The veggies kept falling off the pizza slice so it was a bit difficult to eat them all together but overall it was very nice! It’s by the Victoria dock, so the views are great. You’ll see cable car, water, people walking around etc. The staff are nice too!

   Good atmosphere, staff was attentive and the pizza was good. Overall not quite as good as our local pizza place and there could have been more toppings on the pizza but the ingredients were high quality. Loved the quirky bus setting. Automatically added a £10 gratuity on a £75 bill for a party of 5 which was unexpected. Would much prefer to tip on my own rather than have it forced onto the bill.

   I'm Kim from South Korea. The food was great, not to mention the friendly staffs! Really loved the cool vibe created by the interior; the unique place located inside the bus. Two of us were full with two pizzas and they packaged the left ones for takeout. The memory in London got more beautiful thanks to Heroica Lounge :)

   WARNING: The waitress will literally HOLD YOU HOSTAGE inside the restaurant until you write the place a 5 star review. The food was so good I had already taken photos and planned to do a review but we literally were not allowed to leave until we showed her we had given the place a good review. My review of the food stands, and this is genuinely five star food. But the service experience was rather uncomfortable at the end. Unfortunate really. Super cool converter double decker bus. Amazing pizza and it comes out fast!

   Great pizza in a great location - an old London red Bus converted into a restaurant, situated right next to the Emirates Airline Cable Car with great views of the Royal Docks. The service was very friendly and quick. An ideal place to eat after a day of sightseeing and before heading off to the ABBA Arena.

   Really tasty pizza and a very interesting set up/location. Everything is freshly made and the smell of a proper Italian style pizza oven in a relaxed environment is hard to beat. We'll be definitely coming here again.

   Bus? Restaurant! A worthy place to visit. Great service nice place good food. The Parma and Truffle pizza yummy. Very quick serving. Warm place cool breeze I can't believe I finished the whole plate of pizza! Waitress Rhea is friendly and sweet.
