   I would give them no stars if possible. Absolutely awful experience. I pre-ordered all the food for my son’s birthday party, paid in full including delivery, and it was all supposed to arrive at 6:30pm. 6:30 came and went—no food. When I called Pizza Hut, they claimed there was no record of my order, even though the payment had already gone through. They eventually agreed to remake the order, but my brother had to go and collect it because we had already waited so long. By the time the pizzas finally arrived, the party was basically over. The whole point of pre-ordering was completely defeated. When I contacted Pizza Hut afterwards, the response was honestly embarrassing. They didn’t seem to care at all and told me to “contact the Hut directly.” I wasn’t offered any compensation—not even a refund for the delivery fee I paid for a delivery that never happened. This is by far the worst service I’ve ever received. I would not recommend this Hut to anyone. Several parents at the party said they’ve had bad experiences here too, and apparently the staff often act like they don’t want to serve customers. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else. I don’t leave bad reviews I respect other businesses, but this is seriously disappointing behaviour.

   So I went in to order a pizza yesterday and was served by this lovely young girl named Damanpreet and she served me and helped me with choices attentively and was overall very respectful and weirdly made my food ordering experience much better, I love customer service like this where you can go and not feel intimidated by a angry worker - thank you for the lovely food and customer service !

   Called at 11:40pm om a Saturday and the guy said that they were closed even though the Google business page said they were open until 12am. The guy couldn't wait to get me off the phone and wasn't helpful or useful at all.

   Pizza delivered quick, the toppings were all in the middle and not a lot nothing at all on the outside. think 5 year old cut it with a stick it was all over the place won't use again.

   Purchased pizza from here other week along with sides and everything was cold in just a 7 min drive to friends house who’s birthday it was. Also how long it took to cook is clear they just re-heated one from earlier. I will never use this place again.

   The pizza was nice and filling for all four of us. The sauces were nice. Unfortunately, I paid for 3 extra sauces and did not receive them. The portion size of the nachos was ridiculous. I had to leave it for the kids as there was barely enough for two people. The cheese was also quite hard
