   Absolutely shocking delivery service over 2 hours to deliver food in spite of several calls to the shop to enquire where the food was when ordered it stated delivery within 45-50 mins we won't be using again

   Ordered a pizza, waited an hour and 15 minutes, delivery time was extended for another half 2 minutes before it was due to be delivered,and then it happened again 2 minutes before delivery was due. Tried ringing the place multiple times only to get through to an answer machine, after 15 minutes of calling I got through to a member of staff who first blamed the delay on a driver having an accident, then retracted that and went on to blame the rain. I asked why they were still taking orders if they didn't have enough drivers, that they shouldn't me making customers wait over 2 hours for a pizza and that I would like a refund. He started shouting at me saying "I've said I'm sorry what more do you want", so I shouted back at him and he hung up on me. Delivery was still meant to be another 25 minutes at this point, so I waited patiently for it to either be cancelled and be refunded or for it to actually turn up. 25 minutes later it was marked as delivered when it wasn't delivered and I had no refund either so I rang them up and asked what was happening, he then shouted at me again saying "you said you wanted a refund". How am I meant to get a refund if you've marked it as delivered on your end!? AWFUL customer service which is a shame because I've used this place on and off for years. The food is good, there's no disputing that, but I'm now over £20 down and having to open a dispute with Just Eat all because this company can't turn orders away when they don't have the staff to accommodate. Waiting over 2 hours for a pizza isnt acceptable, and sorry just doesn't cut it when you're making up crap excuses for delays and shouting when somebody calls you out on it. I won't be ordering from here again. I wish I'd checked the Google reviews first as this sort of thing seems to be common

   Ordered a pizza, I asked for the price over the phone. Agreed with it, and then when i got around to paying he charged me £0.90p extra. I asked why and he said because I am paying by card, he's charging 40p and the small mayonnaise which is universally free, is another 50p on top. It's just 90p, I understand but why not mention at the point of sale instead of trying to blindly make me pay. Horrible pizza too, tasteless

   Nice fresh pizza. Unbeatable prices. I Haven't tried anything else on the menu so I can only put review for pizza. This place is always busy so can't be that bad. UPDATE: They have recently changed menu. Pizza still still have same standard. Went down hill after guy left about 2 years ago. They slowly pulling it back with all the new staff.
