   I used to order from this restaurant regularly because the food was always great, but the quality has gone downhill over time. The pizzas are often undercooked, with doughy bases, fewer toppings, and too much sauce. The burgers and wraps have also declined — the chicken has a strange, plastic-like taste and isn’t edible. It feels like the staff don’t put the same effort in anymore and only care about the money. Sadly, I won’t be ordering from here again and would recommend trying somewhere else.

   Ordered on just eat, took almost 2 hours for just 2 pizzas on a quiet Thursday evening. Rang to query the wait time, bloke on the phone was abrupt and rude. Didn't seem to care how long the wait was, and in the end the food wasn't worth it. Go elsewhere.

   Love this place! The pizza is always spot on – fresh, tasty, and made just right. Big shoutout to Elika at the front desk, she’s always super friendly and welcoming. She makes ordering easy and always greets you with a smile. Great food and even better service — definitely recommend No1 Pizza Shop!

   Ordered this evening from no1 as this is our regular place to order from. Never had any issues in the past. Unfortunately this experience has meant I will never be ordering ever again. Delivery driver beeped outside our apartment block (a block of 10+ apartments?) at 9pm, expecting me to know it’s him? Instead of being normal and ringing the buzzer. He then called my mobile and said “are you coming or I’m taking your pizza back” - my partner went down to collect and was met with this confrontational, unprofessional deliver driver. He had cannabis leafs over his hat for starters. My partner asked why the other delivery drivers bring it up with no issues? He then said “I don’t care” , my partner informed him, that he will be calling the base to let them know about his disgusting attitude. The most rudest vile delivery driver there could be - he should not be employed and we will never order from here again because of this employee. No1 pizzas are so nice and unfortunately employing people like this, will make you continue to lose returning customers!

2. Quiz On the way ★☆☆☆☆

   Rudest people I have ever seen. Especially one guy was answering the phone with grey beard. Customer service is rubbish, ridiculous and horrible. I entered the shop he even didn’t looked at my face. And didn’t asked me what do I want. I waited more than 10 minutes waiting him to ask me what do I get u. Anther customer came after me after long period I was waiting. He been served and asked but not me. Not the customer who was waiting first. The worst experience with customer service I have ever had.

   Always order to collect an their pizza is the best I've eaten. It's so thick and cheesy with a great crust not to mention how large they are and affordably priced for such a small chain. I love their tandori chicken. great treat.

   Great pizzas from here. I like my pizzas spicy and they can sort that out for me. They also do lots of sides, I usually have their peri peri wings which are also very good. You can buy burgers from here too but I haven't tried it yet. Great local pizza place, been coming here since they opened in 2003 and have no complaints. Highly recommended!

   A huge thank you to this brilliant, well organised, reasonably priced, amazing tasting pizza outlet. Coming from someone who has been ripped off many times by the typical pizza companies who simply do not deliver as well and as fresh as this one ! YUM you have my loyalty!
