   Update on this review. Just had a call from Jackie at sisi about the below review and I am extremely pleased at the way this has been dealt with! I did not expect to hear from anyone, but Jackie could not apologise enough and customer relations are clearly important to them! Thank you Jackie for your call and we look forward to ordering from you again, (I mean where else can I order a pizza as good as Sisis) Five stars for customer service!!!!! Don't know what's happened to Sisi, been a customer for years, will never use you again, the food is now very poor and very hit and miss! But the service is disgraceful! Ordered fudge Cake with cream seperate (as usual) arrived with cream on it, phoned to ask for replacement or a refund, the man we spoke to was incredibly rude, refused to re-deliver because they didn't have enough drivers, (fair enough) but also refused to give us a refund, I had to demand a refund eventually he agreed, then 10 mins later knock at the door Sisi with an envelope with the refund in it, demanding to take the cake back, (which we couldn't eat any way so that was ok) but how come they could come and collect it, but couldn't bring us the correct order weird! The rest of the food could've been ok but it was cold! Really disappointed won't use them again wondering if they've got new management, they've always been pleasant and helpful in the past, sadly not anymore!!!!

   Just absolutely love the Curry meal deal. The portions are brilliant and the curry is so tasty...just to my liking...spiced but not burn your mouth out. It's my go to for a treat tea

   Dropping a quick five star as always great food. Order a few times a year when in Leeds, both pick up, and delivery. Delivery maybe add 10min to time said, but otherwise it's good.

   Best pizza I’ve had for a long time! Ordered the wrong one on the app, so called up and spoke to Harvey who let me change my order to what I actually wanted. Amazing service, speedy delivery, great food. Will definitely be ordering again!

   Ordered a takeaway from Sisi Pizza last night for family while I was away. Shockingly bad service! Will never use them again!! Order went in 7pm and I paid by card. I called them at 8.30pm because the food hasn’t arrived and I was told they were busy and it was on its way. By 9.30pm they said the card was declined. I explained the money had come out of my bank?! Then they said the money would go back in today - contradicting the earlier statement of it being declined?! They wouldn’t listen, tried to make me pay again then said the order was cancelled. My husband gave up on it and home cooked something instead. At 11pm there was a knock on the door and they gave him the order - this was wasted as my daughter had gone to bed. I spoke to the manager today and he was shouting over me and very rude! He said you got your food so that’s it! Wow - never heard of anything like it!

   We ordered this evening. The food came hot and quickly which was great however the halloumi fries really didn’t taste like halloumi. They were definitely cheesy but not the squeaky texture expected. The burger was ok and the curry were tasty (according to my partner).

   Been ordering from Sisi for years the food is absolutely amazing! Staff are so lovely and welcoming! You honestly can’t get the food guilty and service from any other takeaway!

   Ordered burger and chips. The burger is fine, the chips however are not cooked and they say chips are seasoned but mine are plain and chewy
