Usually best food place around tonight food come and was flat cold what a shame let themselves down tonight. Probably a long time before we order from here again. Being autistic its attention to detail for me and allowing food to be delivered cold is not good enough.

Used to be our favourite takeaway, however in recent months the quality & quantity isn't what it used to be. You used to get loads of Jack Daniels sauce on the burgers however its like ordering a plain burger now, even when we pay extra for extra sauce. The seasoning on the fries is also non-existent now, same when we pay extra for cheese on. The portion size of the fries are smaller, and they can often come quite hard. Bit of a shame as we used to love this place and would always recommend it. The delivery time is always excellent and will still order whenever we need a quick takeaway as the food is still better than most local takeaways. It's just a shame as they can and have done better.
Twice I've ordered from here when relatives were over. Both times, whoever got burgers spewed up everywhere..somebody is definitely not washing their hands or not cooking the burgers properly. Will not be ordering again from here.
This place was top notch a few months ago but last few orders have been shocking. Tonight's pizza was cold. Had nowhere near the normal amount of pepperoni but definitely not the extra that I paid for. Tried to eat it cold but tasted disgusting. Didn't bother complaining to them as offering a free item on my next order is no good, there will be no orders. Very disappointed.
Ordered a chicken tikka kebab with naan bread which we paid extra for and the bread was like a popadom and broke into tiny pieces. Unable to eat. Called to feed this back and was offered a free naan bread on next order, not the level of service you expect when you have been a customer for years. Was told if I wanted the meal refunding would need to take the naan bread into the shop! Would cost me more in fuel, disappointed and won't be using them again.
I thought this pizza place was ok but after ordering two calazone at 7:15pm and after two phone calls not receiving our food till 9:50pm is terrible poor service you should call and give people the option to cancel if you can’t cope with orders, my child was starving and I would of preferred to order elsewhere had I known it was gonna be over 2 and a half hour wait for food. All that time waiting for disappointing overpriced food, the kabab calazone was full of grease, £25 we could have eaten out for that at tea time not flipping bed time! Not worth the money bad experience for a Friday night so called treat.
