1 star for food. Order took 2hrs longers than told. Not even at peak time! Ordered at 3.15pm Numerous phone calls to resolve. Won't be ordering again
used to love this place been over 6 months since I ordered WTF is this I got tonight??? Seriously all food was inedible am waiting on just eat to sort out as when I phone the guy apparently can't hear me!!!! Don't even deserve one star tonight
Beautifully cooked and very tasty. I had a mushroom korma with onion bajis. And all the extras.the girl taking my order was lovely too. I would definitely recommend ceasers.the price is such good value for money. What's not to like!!!!!!
Disgrace of a company! Sold me unworthy food, too spicy I called to discuss and manager was extremely rude. No offer of a refund apparently this company cook chicken tikka in a disgusting curry sauce?! Never ever have I tasted anything like that it was vile. Disgusting. U need a new chef immediately.
1st try was great! However we ordered for the 2nd time last night, food was 25mins late, the 'bistro' burger was cold and couldn't see why it came with a higher price tag, it was a generic burger with cheese bacon n onion rings and tiny amount of bbq sauce, even with 20% off not worth what we paid. They forgot to send the pizza, I rang and they promised to redo it fresh, and send it out with a bottle of Pepsi, 30mins later I was presented with a twice cooked almost burnt pizza with onions put on top of the cheese. They had just warmed the original pizza up and added onions on top as I asked for extra when on the phone. I'm not stupid, I used to work in a takeaway, I know what twice cooked pizza looks and taste like. When I rang back, understandably unhappy with my food, I was told to 'shut up and eat it' and had the phone put down on me! Will never order from here again and will be telling my family and friends not to as well!
Absolutely shocking had to wait 1 and half hours and when the food got here it was cold. The naan bread looked like it had been cooked more than twice and was rock hard. I order from here quite often but after this shambles meal won't be giving them my money again!
