   I had been ordering from Stanningley branch since it opened and the food used to be excellent. I was travelling 4 miles to this takeaway because of that. Counter staff/order takers change frequently with some pleasant staff, but too often, surly and rude/unpleasant replacements (all young(ish) women), which creates an unpleasant atmosphere. Problems with phone orders became more frequent and food quality more variable. A while ago I travelled a further 2 to 3 miles to tryout the Pudsey branch - the staff were pleasant and the food was very good, so will maybe try there again next time, although the excellent Rudy’s Headingley Restaurant is near where I live and does both sit-in and takeaways, so I have been paying a bit more and not bothering with the drive. A shame as I must have been going to Cuccina for over 30 years and would have rated much higher in earlier times. Courtesy and quality definitely count!

   I ordered a Pollo Pizza today, which has chicken, tomatoes , herbs and mozzarella but got a chicken and Mushroom pizza instead. When I called to enquire, the staff insisted that that’s what it was! A pollo pizza!, and boy wasnt I just mad! I know the difference ! I have ordered one lots of times before! instead of owning up that a mistake had been made, they covered it up by insisting that I had the right pizza! They have now lost a long time customer……

   No word of a lie I've been using Cuccina for Pizza Takeout for over 30 years (since I was a kid and my parents would get us pizza as a treat) - still one of the best in Leeds, have to cut back though, I can only get so far, but the Pizzabomb is an awesome delight if you don't mind feeling disgusted with yourself afterwards.

   Without doubt the best pizzas I've had in the last 25 yrs. Always quick delivery and the pizzas haven't dropped in quality in all the years I've been ordering here. Cannot recommend this takeaway highly enough!!!!

   I ordered over 2 hours ago and food still isn’t here! It wasn’t a special order and I understand that delivery times are busy on a weekend but 2 hours for 2 pizzas and 2 portions of chips is absolutely disgusting! The poor confused girl on the phone tried to use the excuse that they are busy but 2 hours is a joke! We live less than 2 miles from the take out! Definitely won’t be ordering again!
