Ordered takeaway a few times now, always warm to cold. Last one had been dropped and scooped back into box. Disgraceful.

terrible customer service. Today it says it closes at 10pm. It's 8:55 pm and the girl informed that they're already closing. The day before I just wanted a slice of pizza, I waited more than 15 minutes to be served, only to be told that they couldn't serve me because they were too busy preparing orders. run away, bad service
11/10/2024 12:35pm The food is great, the price is great, the chubby girl behind the counter is so rude it's crazy she's employed. Told her which items I wanted, and her loud reply after huffing and puffin was "they're all the same.' She needs to go.
Honestly, I got a too good to go bag from this place, so received cold food. It's easy enough to reheat (for me, reheating pizza has always worked best in a low heat fry pan with lid on) . But omg! Amazing pizza. Way better than most pizza takeaway, lots of flavour, and girl who served me this evening excels in customer service. Wish I clocked her name, but she was an attractive young blonde lady. Each slice is almost a 10inch personal pizza in itself and I got 5 plus one of their speciality dough with cheese and ham in, can't remember what they're actually called, but also amazing. Is weird the reviews here are either amazing or diabolical. But I'm saying amazing. I paid less, but would pay more as a treat

Twice this week I have ordered from this establishment and on both occasions I have received the incorrect order. The poor Just Eat drivers are taking the flack for this restaurants ineptitude. First order, yeah I can get things go wrong, so gave them another chance and exactly the same thing happens. No phone number listed to contact them to discuss things and then to add insult to injury I thought I’d try and order again within an hour of todays order (hoping they’ll realise their mistake and deliver the correct items) to find they’ve blocked my address on Just Eat. Absolutely atrocious Customer Service - you have my number, why not call to discuss the issues instead of blocking my address! If this is the way they treat customers, avoid at all costs and support your local independent pizza shop instead!!
Couldnt even order my food because the guy said he's on his break till half 7 so had to wait over 25 mins after driving there not good that it's not staffed properly
Always have a great pizza from here they are constantly making them as they are needed. Then when you order one the put it in a fast moving pizza oven and in not many minutes you have your delicious food fix. The great thing is that you can get by the slice so if you are one or would like to sample more than one flavour just pick and choose Thank you
