    This place is massively overpriced and the food is genuinely awful. Charging £25.99 per adult would already be questionable given the quality, but the real issue is how they treat children. NOT FAMILY FOCUSED AT ALL. They charge adult prices for children purely based on height. If your child is over 1.5m, even if they’re only 8 years old, you’re expected to pay the full adult price. Height does not equal appetite, value, or experience — it’s a lazy and unfair policy that clearly prioritises profit over common sense. On top of that, they charge a £5 per head penalty if you don’t finish all your food. This turns what should be an enjoyable meal into a stressful experience, especially for families. Children’s appetites vary, and penalising people for uneaten food is completely unreasonable. For the price, you’d expect high-quality food and a customer-friendly experience. You get neither. These policies are not family-friendly, not ethical, and certainly not good value. We won’t be returning.

    Honestly can’t wait to be back, as someone who is picky but also gets bored of eating 1 thing this is perfect. Food is brought by little robots too which is very cute and food is always out fast, The duck pancakes were my favourite! All you can Chinese but done different! You don’t get up and all queue around food you order through an app what you would like and it’s brought by robots with trays! Foods include rice, noodles, sweet and sour chicken, cha Sui is different sauces, sliced beef in many different sauces, beef or chicken curry, salt and pepper chicken and chips, spring rolls ect so many choices. 3 choices per person each time you order they are little pots so you can try lots of different foods. The menu is really big there’s so much stuff to choose from and even plenty of deserts to choose from. £20.99 adults £10.99 children if I remember right, It cost under £60 for 2 adults with 2 large drinks as well:) which I think is great to say the amount of foods we tried and also had pudding!

    A non-conventional buffet restaurant with robots that serve you instead of helping yourself. The food is good and, though it may seem like the dishes are small, you can order as many as you wish. This is an excellent concept, because it avoids waste and everything is prepared fresh. The staff are lovely and very attentive and the experience of having your order delivered by robot is rather novel and certainly entertaining for children.

    We visited today, the food is lovely and the waiter/manager was really helpful. However the system for seating people doesn’t seem to be working, we arrived and asked for a table of 2, said we hadn’t booked and were asked to take a seat and then nobody spoke to us for 10 minutes then the manager came over and asked if we were ok, again asked for a table for 2 and seated us, by this time a family of 3 and a couple in front of us in the queue had all left. The cutlery we were given was dirty and they forgot to give us plates so I had to ask a waiter for some. They appear to be short staffed as plates were left on tables after people left for a good 20 minutes or longer and queues of people to be seated whilst there’s plenty of empty tables around.

    Me and my husband came for our valentines meal. The food was delicious and everything that arrived was delicious. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The robots were fun to watch and enjoyed giving Bella bot a scratch behind her ears. Would definitely come again.

    Was so happy to find out this place had reopened. Wasn't sure about the switch to robot service when I heard about it but we all thoroughly enjoyed the experience (group of 6). My autistic grandson absolutely loved the robots. Booked a table via the app with no issues. Ordered food via the app also with no issues. Robot service brought the food in good time and was nice and hot. We all loved the portion sizes as you can try different things without getting overwhelmed and wasting food. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The newly refurbished restaurant is lovely. Will definitely be going again!

    Amazing experience. Food delicious and plenty of choice. Staff friendly and helpful. It's great ordering from your phone then the robot brings your meal, the longest time we waited was 10 minutes, and because you order six choices at a time there is plenty to be getting on with until your next choices. We soon got the hang of it and after advice from the 'human' server we ordered our next choices after the robot had delivered our food. Portions are a good size, in little bowls, so you don't waste any. First time being served by robots, such fun. We will definitely be going again, next time in the evening. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
