   I had not eaten since lunch and was expecting my customised pizza to arrive in time for me to eat before going to sleep, as I have work at 6 AM. Clearly, it is not possible to prepare and deliver a customised pizza in that short timeframe, which makes this situation even more concerning. I was already hesitant to order from the Chigwell branch due to negative feedback I had heard, but I did not expect this level of service—especially from Pizza GoGo. According to your information, the branch closes at 3 AM, so when I noticed the order was marked as completed at 1:57 AM, I immediately called the store. No one answered the phone, despite multiple attempts. I also have a video showing the time and my attempts to call, as evidence of the issue. This experience has caused a great deal of inconvenience and frustration. I received no food, lost both time and money, and was left hungry before work the next morning. I am requesting the following: A full refund for the order that I never received. An explanation as to why my order was marked as completed despite no delivery and no communication.

   1. The toppings on pizza were done with bare hands. I saw him cleaning his hands later with his own shorts. 2. The guy taking the order seemed constipated. Not a fraction of smile on his face. 3. Frozen chicken wings are served, if ordered.

   I had a very disappointing experience with GoGo Pizza. The pizza was extremely salty, far too oily, and came in a messy, misshapen form that looked anything but appetizing. On top of that, when I called to share my concerns, the lady on the phone dismissed my feedback by saying, "We did everything good." There was no apology or attempt to understand the issue — just a defensive response. Customer service matters just as much as the food, and unfortunately, both fell short in this case. I hope they take this kind of feedback seriously and work on improving both quality and attitude

   I ordered a pizza from here and was really disappointed. The pizza was disgusting — it wasn’t cooked properly at all. The base was doughy and underdone, I order thin crust pizza. But I wonder it wasn’t actually thin crust, and the sausage topping was especially concerning. It was barely cooked and honestly looked unsafe to eat for my pregnant wife who immediately threw up. Definitely not what I expected or paid for. Won’t be ordering from here again. Absolutely rubbish.

   Ordered from here many many times previously. Ordered 2 deep pan pizzas but received pizzas that were incredibly thin, firstly they denied that they were thin and asked for pictures, after sending pictures they said the dough didnt rise properly today in the machine and it's not their fault, they then said they'd received multiple complaints about thin pizzas today but would still not refund me despite stating something was wrong with the machine/dough. Would not order from them again.

   So I hate your costumer service thus is second time I called to place my order but stuff was so rude the attitude was unacceptable. One lady picked up call and I was give her my order so my daughter said I don't want green Chili I said to her please remove green Chili and she was like ohh gosh what's wrong with these people wth i just said to remove chili 0 customers service focus on your customers service if your stuff ga some personal problems tell them to leave it at home not shouting on your costumer

   If I could I would give -0 stars for this place, absolutely distasteful service especially from the balding man with a box beard wearing glasses. He has zero customer service and is disrespectful and refuses any requests. This place should definitely be visited by food and hygiene standard agency and needs to go on a course on how to treat customers. Close this place down.

   Great food, I've been seeing reviews about an old man with glasses well I believe he is gone. Service was quick and everything was done in less than 15 mins. Pizza was really good however a tiny bit too cheesy. Overall good I don't know what everyone else is complaining about.

   This is the second order and I’ve had no issues with either. Pizzas have been hot, tasty, as ordered and delivered within about half an hour. I ordered online so only had contact with the two different drivers and both have been pleasant. Thanks
