   As part of a relaunch offer of buy one get one free for Parmesan £8. Decided to ring ahead and go for lunch break and ordered 4 parmesans in total. Rang 20 mins prior and didn’t mind waiting another 10 mins when arriving as several students were also dining. Two parmesans were ready and we were informed ‘5 more minutes for the other two’ Food itself was delightful even though portion was on the small side but quality was lovely and at that promotional price can’t complain. Could quickly see that only one person working and 5 mins plus had passed and enquired re the outstanding order.. We were told few more mins and it became uncomfortable as one of the companions present was watching us eat expecting his order to also arrive. Food now finished and had to get back to work and expressed our displeasure. Simply told ‘sauces ran out’ which was sadly really poor and to add insult to injury informed that allow them 5 more minutes and they’ll have it ready. Expressed that this is a real poor level of service and no major apologies or incentives for future but we were charged £1 for two sauces which just confirmed that I personally will not return to this place.

   I had bought 3 pizza today and when i took them home they hadn’t been cut up properly, there was barely any chicken on them and less meat, alot of vegtable and cheese and lots and lots of tomato sauce, all i could taste is the tomato sauce and my kid when eating also started choking on them, also when waiting for food the boss was shouting at the worker to be quick and started apologizing to me even though i had no complaints

   Terrible experience on 3 of the 4 pizzas we ordered. Been using for a while but had our first issue with food quality this evening. The bases of 3 of the pizzas were soggy and pasty, like they hadn't been proved at all and could even still see the clear dough mix on them. We rang to raise the issue and the response on the phone was abusive and dismissive. They stated there was a batch issue but nothing to actually help resolve the issue. First time experiencing the customer service side of a legitimate issue and will not be using again following the experience.

   It's really gone down, it's expensive now when it used to be reasonable and it doesn't taste the same. The dough isn't sweet like it used to be and the cheese is wierd, it's all mushy with a texture like cottage cheese when it used to be proper cheese like mozzarella

   This place used to make some of the best pizzas in Huddersfield. Unfortunately my last experience was terrible (my previous regular visits were before covid19). I ordered 5 pizzas all different and was told it would be a 25 minute wait, I came back after 25 minutes only to be told he had not even started to make them and it would be another 25 minutes. He also told me it would be another 25 minutes with attitude and said he couldn't do anything because he was on his own. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and waited. I even offered to help him lol but he refused. Anyway once we got home with the pizzas we literally couldn't tell the difference they all looked the same and the taste was absolutely bland, one was supposed to have pineapple chunks and I didn't see a chunk in sight! I used to buy from trinity every other week before covid19 but now I won't be going back due this experience. This is my personal experience and maybe not the same for everyone. (EDIT IN RESPONSE TO TRINTY PIZZA REPLY BELOW), I came around 3 weeks ago and around 7pm. Why should that matter??? Your main concern should be the terrible service and lack of quality pizza wise! Or is this a shameful attempt to make out like I am some competitor trying to leave a bad review?? Anyone please feel free to contact me.

   So, costumer service i would say i coundlt judge we orded over the phone to collect on a sunday morning. I wouldnt be happy or very enthusiastic about being in. The presentation i will give it a good 4.8 and thats only because we are talking about pizza so yeah. We orded one garlic margerita, a meat feast and a chicken sweetcorn and mushroom with extra mushroom. So the presentation looked good ingredients seemed nicely distributed. All the pizzas tasted well so for taste it is a strong strong 5 the margarita pizza is my fav so the garlic margarita was a bomb i loved it it wasnt too greasy just enough garlicy the tomatoe base was nice and flavorful. The meat feast was out of this world the lamb on it was pieces and not minced i loved it jeez you took a bite and the flavours burst in your mouth. The chicken one was a little simple as we asked i will be honest it was missing a little but of that musky mushroom taste as the mushrooms was sliced a bit thin for my liking but i mean not everyone is the same so for people who realky like that mushroom taste get LOADS of it on there even if that would mean you need to pay up a little extra. Over all it was a great experience. The food was perfect. I really enjoed it can only recommend.
