Ordered 2 large pizzas at work as a treat for Christmas. Ordered via the website and delivered by uber eats. The man never came to the shop to deliver, and instead, delivered to someone else so they got 2 large pizzas for free. Called pizza hut 14 times today utterly ridiculous. Collectively myself and 2 others have wasted £30 all because the delivery driver couldn't be bothered to actually follow the instructions left on the website. A 13 hour shift with no food and left to work back to back. All pizza hut offered was some freebies. No I'm sorry but I'm not wasting 30 quid all for you to offer me something for free?? Absolutely not I will be pushing for a refund
Uber couldn’t find a driver so they just clearly left our order on the side to go freezing cold. Surely they have the ability to keep it warm and if not it should have been remade. No wonder Pizza Hut are closing stores - absolutely awful.
I ordered on deliveroo and it wasn't cheap (£32) and it all started when I phoned the restaurant enquiring about allergy information when I was told 'ring deliveroo you placed an order through them hasn't got anything to do with us) and then the 'gentleman' hung up. I decided to check the information online as it was too late to cancel. When the food arrived it was cold, pizza was hard and very tough, totally inedible and frankly disgusting. I urge everyone to stay away, the service is shocking, customer service non existent, you'd be better off with a 67p margarita from Aldi. At least it's hot.
Dun order at the Pizza Hut, I have order two delivery and all items are wrong, they just cook whatever they want but not follow your order!!!!
Contrary to the other reviews, I've found this Pizza Hut Delivery to be great. The service was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were told the pizza would be ready in 10-15 minutes and around 10 minutes later it was indeed ready. It's a little bit pricey, but the quality of the food and the amount you get is worth it.
Absolutely shocking service. Avoid this place!!!! Waited well over an hour without receiving my order. When I called them I was advised that I to call customer services to get a refund! The problem is that you can't call customer services because it's online communication only. The website states that they'll get back to you within 5 days! Tried to call the branch back, but all they do is repeadly put you on hold and leave you waiting! After cancelling the order and 2.5 hours after first ordering the food, the delivery driver (who was actually the only decent person that I spoke to) called to ask for directions. I've experienced the worst customer service ever from this place! You've been warned!
This place is only for pizza delivery or collection (i.e. no eating in). I ordered pizza just before collecting my grocery shopping. The order was tracked by the website and I turned up outside just as it was confirmed as ready. Very simple to order, the deal bot reduced the cost by picking a meal deal based upon my basket. Clear instructions on how to pick up were at the venue, my order was hot and picked up with no issues. Well packaged and transported it home with no problems. Only niggle - it was a little too heavy on the cheese on the margarita pizza - that's possibly a personal opinion though the other pizza was great with slightly less cheese. Others might prefer more... While not a huge number of parking spaces there were enough around that I wouldn't be concerned.
