   i was in the shop a few weeks ago eating my food. Some woman came in, i think i heard someone say her name was Toni. She came in the store and immediately started shouting at the staff. Which made the staff look on the edge. It 100% made my visit at dominions very uncomfortable. The atmosphere was great until she came in shouting.

   Still can’t believe what I saw on Friday night. Visited the Ormskirk Domino’s on Friday 3rd October, and I’ve been thinking about it for two days now. The place was heaving — staff were clearly doing their best and handling the rush well. I didn’t mind waiting at all; it was obvious they were under pressure. Then a woman arrived in a white Tesla, who looked like some kind of big boss or senior manager. Within minutes, she was shouting at the store manager in front of everyone, completely ruining the atmosphere. The staff looked embarrassed, and the whole vibe just collapsed. It was honestly disgusting to see someone in a leadership position behave like that in public. I won’t be returning to Ormskirk Domino’s until this person has been spoken to, and if I see her there again, I’ll be walking straight out.

   Just been served today by a man who was very rude and snappy at the till to us within a minute of walking in, as we couldn’t hear what he said the first time he spoke to us so we asked again politely what he said and he shouted back rudely No need to yell at customers not good service at all.

   I ordered a portion of nachos with my pizza. Supposed to feed two people but it was just a handful although we couldn’t test that theory because what was delivered was a charred pile of garbage. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

   Ordered via the app. Driver couldn't find the address then walked from where they parked to the house. 5 minutes in cold wet weather. Then the order was wrong and they tried telling me different. They then said they would sort it and walked off. Hadn't heard back after 40 minutes so rang the store to a very indifferent person who wasn't bothered. Said takes 48 hours to refund my card. Best avoided. Not got the sharpest of staff working there.

   Ordered pizza hours before pickup and had to wait over 20 minutes after the agreed time. I did get an apology, but I think I'll try somewhere else next time

   Shocking customer service. Ordered a delivery fairly late, it arrive at 11:55pm with things missing off the order. When I called the store to enquire about it was was just told we are closed now. Very unhappy with the service tonight

   I wish I could give it no stars ordered last night pizza got here suspiciously early opened the box to have the pizza all in one corner it was a mess rang up was told this happened twice tonight they sent out a second one without the crust I paid extra for this was a mistake id advise everyone to avoid this expensive dump
