    Ordered dominos for the family, and was really disappointed. Multiple things, but the stuffed crust pizza wasnt cooked, dough was really pale, and tasted uncooked. When I raised with the store, they completely dismissed it. For an order costing over £50, I'd expect better customer service, rather than just concerns being ignored. This has happened before, but I thought I'd give them another go.

    Took so long to get served, could have grown our wheat, made the flour, made our own cheese and still would have a pizza faster than these. Ended up walking out, several staff walked by while we were waiting not a single one acknowledged us.

    I was painting my flat so I had furniture everywhere. The plan was to order food in so decided on a pizza and everyone raves about Domino's! Ordered online and was instantly met by ridiculous prices! Still decided to give it a go. Meal deal for one, which included a small pizza, some garlic dippers and a bottle of Coke Zero. Added a garlic dip, which was pointless as the pizza and the dippers both came with one! Came to the grand total of £22.97 (reduced from £33.96).... ridiculous, but again, everyone says its good. Pizza came and was able to track its every move. But before it got here, the app was asking if I wanted to tip the driver!! No tanks, take it out of your heavy price! Opened it up with anticipation... garbage.. why do people like that so much?? Under the pizza was dripping with grease, garlic dippers not sliced up so basically a garlic bread that needed to be ripped apart. Pizza was average at best, but at least I'm inundated with garlic and herb dip!..... Not for me thanks!

    Just returned from this bastion of disinterest and incompetence with another order gone wrong, that is 50% of orders I've placed wrong, thankfully I don't order that often, I wonder why?? This time the blame was put on the Uber driver for taking the wrong order, for that read he was given the wrong order. So stood around for another 15 minutes pretty much ignored, asked for a discount, was offered a voucher which last time they gave me one wasn't recognised when I tried to invoke it. It will be some months before I rally to try again but I think its the apathy and indifference that really gets me...great work Team!

    This is my last time ordering from Dominos in Skelmersdale. They constantly keep forgetting drinks from my orders and today I got a very burnt portion of nachos and a sad vegan pizza with barely any toppings. Makes you wonder if there is any food quality check before they deliver the food or they just can’t be bothered. I would not recommend! Such a waste of money
