   it came late which I understand it could be busy, so I called to tell them about my order, the reply was I can replace it for you to say sorry, so I asked the lady could she send us half and half to you Hawaian and pepperoni please she replied I cant because it wasn't on the original order so I said am doing you a favour only asking for one pizza as good will !!!!

   Ordered at 6:47 & finally got all of our order at 9:35, redicuals. One pizza missing from the order and un cooked garlic bread,check out the photos, rang to rectify the mistake, be with you straight away. Surly that means 30 mins, I live 10 minutes from Pemberton shop, no1 hour 25 minutes later, 4 phone calls late and one of them on my hands free waiting for a reply on the car journey to the shop, while the were getting hold of the incompident driver who couldn't find her bum with both hands. She has said 30 minutes ago " I'm 2/3 minutes away" 30 minutes later I ask you. Worst deliver ever. She blamed us for ordering a lot of pizza's, she then rang the shop to say we made her cry. Will not t bother ordering again can see why the company is shutting places, rubbish staff and you get a bad reputation feel sorry for the owners if that's the attitude of the staff you attract

   OMG - the food at this Pizza Hut in Pemberton is the absolute BEST!! The staff are always so accommodating and super friendly! Unlike so many fast food restaurants, our orders are always ready on time, have the correct ingredients, are piping hot, and best of all - they’re always delicious and tasty!!

   This one is a hit and a miss. Sometimes the pizza is just perfect! Sometimes it's too oily or too hard, like yesterday the base was so overdone and we ended up binning it. Sorry.

   Pizza's came really quick, however they were freezing cold. Had to wait another 20mins for our own oven to heat them properly. That's why you order a take away I thought, to avoid all of that. Not ordering from there again, kids were really looking forward to it as well. Even they said it was bad.
