Rachel was lovely and welcoming from the moment we walked though the door. Served us promptly and kept coming over to make sure we were happy. Was a nice flow of new pizzas coming out and cooked really well.
Just been in for a late lunch, it’s been a few year since our last visit. Jayne our waitress was very welcoming and attentive, she brought our food out quickly and food was spot on nice and hot and very tasty. Jayne cleared the table when we where finished promptly so we had more room on the table. Very lovely lady am sure I will be back very soon.
This was my first visit to Pizza Hut in Robin Park, Wigan, and I really enjoyed it. The ambience was very pleasant, and the place was kept very clean. The person who attended to me had a beautiful smile and was very kind, which I really appreciated. The food was also better than I expected, and overall, it was a very nice experience.
Served by Freya, very polite service and quick. They were very accommodating when asked for specific seating for a toddler. Lovely evening with our family. Shout out to the chef on the visit 27/09/25 (Wigan)
Had a lovely all you can eat lunch today. Amy was brilliant with our 1 year old and attentive to any needs we had. Good value for money and food very fresh and hot.
Would like to thank the staff yesterday for providing a fantastic service under pressure from the amount of people in the restaurant. I visited from sunderland with my nephew before the game. The food was amazing and the lady that served us was extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks again.
So disappointing, we visited the restaurant at Robin Park Wigan. When we (4 of us) arrived there was no one else in the restaurant. We had problems ordering with the scan code so I asked the assistant if she could take the order, she came over and showed us what we were doing wrong and left. We wanted to pay cash, we were told no. The food arrived, well 3 meals. We asked the assistant were mine was, she said it wasn't ordered, we were sure it had. We placed the order and it eventually arrived (Time was passing). We had been for our bowls of salad and before we had a chance to get refills it was all cleared away, without asking us if we had finished with it, so that put an end to continuous salad. We dine out quite regularly we know what good service is like, this certainly wasn't. Everything seemed like too much trouble. We have been many times over the years but after this fiasco never again.
All ordering is done in the app now. There's a lack of personal service. To be fair, When we did have someone come over they were polite and friendly. The price no longer warrants the experience. On top of that, as you now have to pay prior to food being brought over, it was a bit off to ask if you want to leave a tip. Why would you tip prior to service?? Compared to previous visits this was a bit of a let down.
To be fair the service was great here but is it just me or do the pizzas not taste as good as they used too? Order via the online app which they push. As you order before you pay it asks for a what tip you want to leave!! How do you know how good the service and food is before you’ve had it?? Surely that how most people decide how much tip to give if any. Overall a good quick service meal pizzas are ok if a little over priced.
