   What can I say from the time you step into the shop? The staff are lovely the manager I didn’t clearly catch his name but he was wonderful. Very helpful. The first time I went in. I’ve been there twice and the staff have been great. The food has been on point And it’s just a lovely atmosphere to go in. I will give it 100%. Thank you so much Pizza Hut staff and management. The manager is an Asian guy wear his glasses but I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your name but you were really good. I had a problem with payment and you helped me out. Thank you so much.

   just avoid pizza from this so called restaurant. this is far away from pizza hut standards. overcooked and greasy pizza. cheeze is burnt to the state od small charcoals and so much grease the pizza base was soggy from so much cooking oil or whatever they use.this place was bad before now is even worst.

   I usually don’t write reviews but I had to on this occasion! This was a mess from start to finish. I ordered 2 large pizzas and got medium ones. It arrived cold, with the cheese stuck all over the inside of the box like it had been flipped or something . On top of that, I ordered a Pepsi and got a 7UP — not even close, and no heads-up or apology. When I called to complain, the response was rude and dismissive: “We delivered it, talk to customer support.” No accountability, no attempt to make things right. Between the wrong size, cold food, sloppy packaging, and messed-up drink, this was a total letdown. Definitely not ordering from here again unless they get their act together.

   Needed last minute pizza. Was a bit dubious having read the reviews but got to say the hut delivered. Fresh, tasty and well made. I’m never giving Pizza Hut 5 star and 4 is generous. But it’s a solid 3. No thrills and no let downs. It gives you what you wants BD the two for 1 is a bargain. 4 large pizzas and stuffed crust for under £40. You’re not going to get a better deal.

   Placed order online, called to say my husband will be 5 mins late and if they can have it ready a little later than the order time so it’s nice and piping. My husband got there, our pizza was already done a little early so the manager decided to put on a fresh one for us and gave us the the 1st one too! Thank you for the great service every time

   This is my local pizza hut delivery. My order is always about 45 minutes. The service is great. I have had problems with my orders in the past. I called the branch and they were polite and helpful always resolved the problem. I still always order directly from my phone app with pizza hut. It finds my local pizza hut where ever I am. Do not use author food app to place your order. As it's not pizza hut responsible for the delivery. Using pizza hut app. Any branch manager will resolve any problems you have ordered with that branch. My Banking branch is great. Have very very good service. Even though it is very busy branch. That's why I give it 5 star's.

   Ordered 2 large pizzas (Havaian and Meat Feast) for my daughter's birthday from this Branch and paid £44.47 and the two pizzas arrived burned, overcooked and dry. Tasted of bitter cardboard. Had to put both in the bin as nobody in the house would eat them (we all love to eat pizza). When I went to see the reviews, I knew that there was no point in even complaining as from other reviews, you can see that they are not even bothered to reply to comments or try to rectify the issues. Worse customer service ever. A waste of £45 that could have been spend on my daughter. Pizza Hut, if you want to keep you reputation and customers, do spot check on this branch, change management or franchise or you will end up closing this branch and loosing your customers to other local pizza shops.
