The pictures on Uber eats showed amazing looking , tasty food. For the price of pizza I really did expect a lot more. Me and the three children were very disappointed, even more so because I chose this pizza over dominoes , highly disappointed,
Absolutely terrible. We ordered a pizza around 9pm, 1h30 later we still didn’t receive our order, no one is picking up the phone, we wasted our entire evening for an order that we paid for and never came. Absolute shame! Do not order from this restauranr.
Have ordered from here multiple times and would usually give 5 stars. Foods always been great, delivery on time and great offers on app. We always recommend them to friends. However, tonight we have currently been waiting over 2 hours for our food! I’ve rung twice being extremely polite and been told it’s on its way. The second time I was told it would be here in 5 mins and then they hung up on me whilst I was still asking a question. Staff are extremely rude today. Needless to say it’s now been another 15 mins and I’m still waiting?! We’ve even had a text to say I hope you’ve enjoyed your meal! As a once loyal customer, We will not be using them again.
Food arrived an hour late, the pizza wasn't what was ordered and was barely warm. Tiny pizza portions and the Pepsi can was about the same temperature as the pizza.
The review left back is nonsense as I left my number with the guy who answered my call, then when I rang back an hour later he kept on hanging up on me. Full of rubbish you guys. Do not order from this company as they are full of made up rubbish
My advice is do not use them We waited over an hour then phoned them. They informed us that it was cooked and they were just waiting for a driver to be allocated. We waited another 15 minutes and called them yet again and were told the exact same thing . No surprise our pizza never turned. up.
When I've had pizza from here and it's good, but they fail to deliver or are disingenuous about delivery times. This is directly through their own website as well so no excuses around apps. I have ordered from here several times to support new business but the service is poor and wouldn't advise others to order.
Didn’t even deliver. Delivery driver was rude and aggressive and still failed to deliver. Called me a “stupid woman” when he failed to be able to enter the door codes, amongst other abuse. Restaurant denied he was their driver. Deliveroo confirmed he was. Driver, restaurant and HQ customer service all hung up on me. Absolute failure in addressing customer issues. Embarrassment of a pizza place. Glad to go elsewhere
