Honestly, how they are still in business is disgraceful. Doner meat was dry and clearly left in the open for hours. The ‘chicken’ was the foulest smelling thing I’ve ever experienced. The audacity to send that to someone is insane. Way overpriced for the amount of food we got (even if it had been edible) I WILL be ringing environmental health tomorrow. If they hadn’t of been so abusive over the phone when I complained, I may have understood. Poor management and a DIRTY kitchen. Shameful.

Food standard dropped slightly although 10x better than most. The 1* is for the ridiculous £4.50 delivery charge, £2.50 service fee, that’s £7 for naff all. Won’t be using again while these stupid charges are in place. Pizza’s are a rip off, for the price of a Large here you get a large and change at Hammads, plus hammads only charge £1.50 delivery.

Visited here a couple of times for takeaway. Lovely folks with a huge range of dishes. The doner kebab is particularly delicious: freshly cut, not at all greasy and both sauces (garlic or chilli) have exactly the right kick. They deliver and aren't expensive. Cash only, though. Really nice place.

I always, and still enjoy a pizza from papas, but always thought that money comes first over what they serve. Ordered tonight and got a less than 9" pizza when before it was 10". Everything else was ok, but a smaller size for the same price isn't great. Money first and customer service second I'm afraid. Let's hope that this won't always be the way as the food is generally very good

I've been getting takeaways from papas for years now on and off. As the chef has changed over the years so has the food a little here and there. My most recent order was realy nice. It has changed for the better and the pizza and chips I ordered I finished. My teen boys love the food here and go with there mates. I get them papas as a treat or when to tired etc to cook as they love it plus the staff are realy friendly.
