   Definitely not going to order again. They just giving pizzas to all the drivers . Called them 2 times the guy said "there is nothing I can do" . All of the sudden I got notification that the pizzas are delivered. And yet I have no pizzas.

   You don’t get any stars. Can’t tell you how fuming I am. I came in tonight presets a pepperoni pizza. And this guy complained that the food wasn’t cooked properly. Didn’t think anything of it until I had eaten the food. It made me feel really sick. I’m disgusted with the food. And that you sell uncooked food. I will be reporting this to health and safety and higher upper! Disgusting.

   Awful service. Waited over 20mins more than the expected time. Waited inside the store and you have the staff blasting out music and singing with a karaoke! Highly professional When I asked about my order, they said “oh it’s done”. I said it’s not updated on the app, it still says cooking, for their response “oh sorry”. Handed my order over and carried on singing on the karaoke?! I work in a restaurant and I totally understand towards the end of the night, everyone is a little more relaxed but having karaoke on shift ? Very disappointed and will not be purchasing from the Dartford chain again.

   serious issue with the pizzas we recently purchased from your establishment. We have been regular customers, especially for our kids, but this time, the quality was unacceptable. Both pizzas were excessively oily, with grease visibly soaking through the boxes and pizza bases. This level of greasiness is not only unappetizing but also caused both of our kids to feel unwell throughout the night. This is deeply concerning, as we expect food from your pizza shop to meet basic quality and health standards. I strongly urge you to reassess your ingredients and preparation methods to ensure this does not happen again. Customers trust you to provide food that is not only delicious but also safe and enjoyable to eat. I hope to see prompt action and improvements in your process, as this experience has left us hesitant to return. Please take this feedback seriously.

   Deputy manager Zoe was great! She was incredibly professional and really passionate about her job! Zoe really does make this store stand out over others, she is simply the best! Also the pizza was nice

   My Order was perfect! The best Pizza Hut ever! We live in Northwest and we have been ordering from Pizza hut for years - Manchester and Preston Branch and I can say that this branch's Pizza is the best, hands down. We eat the leftover today and My gosh, it was still so good. Very meaty and the dough was the spoon nice. We would definitely be ordering in this branch again when next we are in London!

   Really, really poor experience here. One of the members of my party was a coeliac so we needed a gluten free pizza, I couldn't see the option on the website so I phoned up to be told that they'd run out. At this point I should have abandoned ship but my friend told me she'd be happy going elsewhere so I persevered, I should not have bothered. I placed my order online at about 18:50 - only to be told by the system that delivery was going to take over an hour. I really couldn't afford to wait this long as we had other plans in the evening so I phoned the store to ask if I could go and collect my pizzas to speed up the process, the guy on the phone told me to come down as they would be ready in 20 minutes. I drove down there and arrived about 7:20pm, only to be kept waiting around in the store for another 30 minutes, being repeatedly told it would only be a few more minutes, with my pizzas finally being given to me by the store at 19:55 - the time I was originally told they'd have been delivered! While I was waiting I could hear staff in the kitchen shouting and swearing which didn't make for a very pleasant experience. It also looks like staff has also deliberately tried to block up the slatted window to the kitchen to avoid the public being able to see what is going on, which is opposite to every other pizza chain I've ever been in. I will not be going back.

   I ordered 1 pepperoni pizza, also a feast meat pizza. They delivered a farmhouse pizza. The pizza was tasteless, with very few quantities of sauce and cheese. It was dry. Since the lockdown things have changed. Pizza hut might have changed the recipe. Thank you very much

   This place is convenient way to get your hunger sorted with out the need to waste time on cooking if you have no time for that on your hectic day. Food will be ready for collection on time or early before the promised time and can be kept warm until it’s collected on your convenience. The food will be delivered to your home with satisfaction guaranteed if any problem it can easily be resolved in the most appropriate way that is agreed. I have been a customer of this franchise for many years they had ups and downs but recently they have bring the reputation back to a standard that is beyond the expectation of many customers.
