   One of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had in my life – and I genuinely mean every word. To begin with, the hygiene standards were extremely concerning. None of the staff were wearing gloves, unlike many other Domino’s branches. I witnessed pizzas and sides being prepared with bare hands throughout. This made me seriously question the food hygiene practices at this store, and I’m surprised there hasn’t been more oversight. Secondly, I ordered a Vegi Supreme pizza, which I have been ordering regularly for well over 10 years. What I received from this branch was essentially just cheese with a bit of pepper – there was hardly any sign of vegetables at all. On top of that, the pizza was not cooked properly. I eat late fairly often and have never had an issue before, but this time I ended up with a very bad stomach upset during the night, likely due to the excessive amount of cheese and poor preparation. Overall, I’m extremely disappointed and feel that £13 was completely wasted. I won’t be ordering from this branch again ( Read other people reviews)

   Dominos has gone down ever since covid years ago, the quality of it has gone downhill and there was quality issues with their cheeseburger loaded fries and then there is hardly any chicken in their wrap when the protein is the main thing, also a shame due to inflation I spent around £20 for this. . . . .

   **THE WORST DOMINO’s EXPERIENCE**SCAMMERS. SHAME ON YOU , DISGUSTING PEOPLE” I strongly advise against using this Domino’s in Dartford London Rd. I ordered pizzas a few hours ago, but none have been delivered. The driver did not ring the buzzer or call us upon his supposed arrival at our flat. After over an hour of waiting, we contacted the store to inquire about the status of our order. They informed us that they were more than willing to send us food that had been sitting there for over two hours or to refund only 50%. This is the first time I have experienced such a situation with Domino’s. I will ensure that this is the last time I order from them. I will also advise my acquaintances in Dartford to stay away from Domino’s, as they are scammers who charge people’s money and do not deliver their food. “SCAMMERS. SHAME ON YOU , DISGUSTING PEOPLE”

   Do not order a delivery from this branch. The service has gone down the pan! Just received my order and the pizza is wrecked! Called to speak to the manager and he had no empathy @ all, after a long hot Sunday, with my 1yr old, to have an upside down, floppy pizza for dinner is a joke. Good luck if you decide to use this place!! You will be disappointed!!! Believe me!! Unreal manager!

   Hi back again late Friday pizza of you want pizza goto domino pizza best pizza in any area you can get always delicious and fresh this time we try hot and spicy and havaii pizza . Hot and spicy classic crust and havaii this time we try double deck pad with cheese and I was surprised how delicious it was you have to try this pizza to understand how good it was .    Large order for my sons birthday and the food arrived on time and was steaming hot! 8 large pizzas and 6 boxes of wedges. Excellent value on offer with the 50% off on orders over £40! Wouldn’t buy from here if there was no discount, £20 for a large pizza is pricey/after all it is literally dough and a few toppings!

   15 people working there and 4/5 customers at the counter. Not a single one addressed us. There was one staff member taking calls and that was it. We customers just left without any pizza.

   I’ve ordered £91 worth of pizza to Amazon LCY3. From the drop down menu upon putting in our address there were only few options, one of which is Oil Management (apparently unit 3). As I wasn’t sure the address is correct because I couldn’t choose anything else, in the notes I wrote “Amazon LCY3 - Andrea”. 21:38 I missed a call because we don’t have reception in the warehouse. 21:55 I went downstairs to call and found out the delivered it to Unit 3, which is Europa Worlwide. I clearly stated my name, Amazon LCY3, the driver did NOT ask for delivery code and said the person identified themselves as “Andrea” - complete LIE. The manager of Dominos allegedly was on the phone and was not helpful at all, saying I should’ve not chosen Unit 3 and pick up my phone. IN THIS SITUATION YOU TAKE BACK THE PIZZA AND DONT LEAVE IT AT EUROPA WHEN IN YOUR NOTES IT SAYS AMAZON LCY3. I lost £91 for me is a lot of money. Very unreliable, didn’t even offer something to make up for not returning our order to Doninos but leaving at Europa.. when it said LCY3
