   Visited Lakeside yesterday and when I stop for a break and a snack, I always stop at Pizza Hut in the food court. I was not disappointed; I was served by a young man named Riley, who was friendly and very helpful. I noticed, while I was waited for my order, that he was cheery, chatty, while still being professional, with every customer he served. A real credit to Pizza Hut.

   Absolutely brilliant Service, Food all top notch, we were served fresh and very hot Veggie Sizzler Pizza within minutes, pizza texture and taste was amazing. The guy Riley who served us was polite and very friendly. If you like your pizza with a kick, then look no further. Bottomless soft drinks are also a plus

   Very poor. No service. Stood waiting for 5-10 minutes for someone to take out order. Wouldn’t have lasted that long normally but someone really wanted their pizza. Even they got annoyed and we left. Don’t go here.

   I used to really enjoy reading here, so was glad that it was open again. However, we didn't have a great experience. The waitor gave us no eye contact, barely communicated with us, and when we asked for sauces basically chucked them across the counter. It felt like a racist, Islamophobic experience as he seemed to make eye contact with other customers just fine. I haven't had that experience in a very loooong time. To top it off the food want that hot and drinks had very little options, most of which were sugar free.

   Dirty, filthy and a very rude useless manager! Will be contacting local food agency. Manager hasn’t got a clue and shouldn’t be allowed out of the zoo! Restaurant is filthy especially around the salad bar. Manager pretty much spits over the food too. Also no toilets and get told to go to M&S….worst experience in a restaurant…Avoid like the plague

   Had a lovely meal here. Staff were up front about what wasn’t available and that they were short staffed. All staff we met were lovely, friendly and accommodating. Food was tasty and up to notch for Pizza Hut. Restaurant and restrooms were super clean.
