   Charlie who served our table was really lovely. Great service with a smile, give her a pay rise. The whole team was really helpful and they seemed to want to be there. Charlie gave a hearty welcome and gave us a table explaining the online ordering process. The wait for the food was appropriate. And she checked to make sure everything was ok. I saw her support an elderly couple who were struggling with the whole QR code situation with their order. Overall I'm happy and will recommend, 4 stars as I thought the prices for what you get weren't great.

   I went to Pizza Hut for my daughters birthday. When we arrived it was quite busy however there were a lot of tables available. The manager said it would be an hour wait which we couldn’t understand as there was tables. She said that she had a big party coming in which would sit one side, I pointed out that there was still tables on the left hand side. However she said it would still be an hour wait due to her server not being able to cope. She was rude and abrupt, didn’t even apologise, upset my children and ruined my daughters birthday.

   The one star is for the food because it was pleasant, but the interaction I had with the manager was not ! I asked our server if it would be alright to charge my phone in the restaurant, she said that was absolutely fine. About 5 minutes later, the manager came over spoke down to me like a child, rolling her eyes and huffing, telling me to remove the charger as it wasn’t fair as they are struggling to pay their electricity bill, which is strange considering we had just paid £60 for our meal but nonetheless I was more than compliant to remove it. She then frolicked around, dropped some plates and I was met with more dirty looks during my visit. To conclude, we will not be returning, thanks.

   My son Adam just tried to order a large Pepperoni Pizza with extra garlic dip, 2 boxes of potato wedges, 2 cheesy garlic breads and a large 1.5 litre bottle of Sprite and once he had obtained the correct telephone number, he was awfully greeted with a hatred of hang ups. The caller gave no reassurance to my son Adam about how to order a large Pepperoni Pizza with extra garlic dip, 2 boxes of potato wedges, 2 cheesy garlic breads and a large 1.5 litre bottle of Sprite . He is now very much sad and wants to go back to his mothers house. Week with son ruined. Now I'm definitely losing the case.

   Ordered online and had to throw it in the bin due to it being way under cooked the pizza base was white and was missing toppings also missing sides and missing ice cream with the dessert? Spoke with Cathy the manager and she told me I can tell her it's undercooked and item's missing all I want but she ain't going to help? This is discrasefull my kids were gutted I can't believe this. This place needs shutting down its a con and a discrase.

   Good vibes salad bar was bit disappointing no honey mustard dressing. I thought they were replenishing it but even after an hour didn't seem to be the case. Ordered a supreme stuffed crust. Came out in good time tasted great!

   We visited Pizza Hut in Lakeside. This was the worst pizza I ever had in UK restaurant. 99p ones from supermarket are better. We ordered large BBQ meat with cheesy bites. I always thought that if it is a chain then pizza size should be the same but this pizza was small for large size. Bites: Dough was uncooked. Cheese did not even smell like cheese and was so small amount. All family was soooo disappointed. This 1 piece costed nearly £4.80. Salads were fresh even it was Sunday 5pm. But I found hair in the beetroot salad. Can't blame restaurant here as it could have been from customers, so I kept it to myself. People! please be more attentive/careful then you use buffet. Staff was very friendly.

   We came to Lakeside to do shopping and thought we would have lunch at Pizza Hut. I have to say I’m not a big fan of Pizza Hut as I haven’t always received great service. As we walked in my wife was greeted with a great welcome and explained how we need to order etc. We sat down the server came and explained again. Our food was ordered and was served promptly. The server came and asked us how our food was. Food was nice and hot and actually good. The self service salad bar was clean to my surprise as in the past I have had a bad experience in other locations. Overall the experience and food was really good. The only thing I would say was the plates and glasses wasn’t upto the cleaning standards. We had to change 1 plate and wipe the glass with tissue. Could not get the greeter and server names. Well done Pizza Hut lakeside
