   Ordered at 530 Called at 1810 , was told that delivery driver on way Order arrived at 1845 The restaurant lied about the driver on way , it was not even a mile away (3 min drive in Google maps ) and when did arrive, stone cold and dry.. When called through totally fobbed off and lied that driver was on way when wasn’t OR was delivering another 5 pizzas prior so that sadly made the pizza not consumable If you want a pizza , get off your butt and walk and collect it as you will be highly disappointed I wish I hadn’t of been so lazy and walked I could have walked , collected , washed plates up , probably walked back and repeated the process in the amount of time it took for a simple large pizza order to be delivered ! Shame on me for being lazy !! Sent a complaint to just eat for a refund !!!

   Very disappointed this evening. My order was incorrect and the lady tried to tell me I ordered wrong, even though my email confirmation clearly shows what I ordered. I redeemed 7 slices for a medium pizza and received a small and square tiny pizza (literally had 4 square tiny pieces). I believe as it was a free item I was fobbed off with a small one. The lady first said they had no round bases and then changed to say I didn't state round! A medium pizza is round unless you order a flattie! Will try somewhere else now in future.

   If I could rate 0 stars I would! The 2 managers have the worst attitude. The little lady manager is disgustingly rude and the guy with glasses is useless! I would avoid at all costs! They dropped our pizza in front of me and said it was a 50/50 fault, even though I was already holding 3 other pizzas and I didnt drop them! They then wouldn’t give me 1 dip for the inconvenience. They said we will remake your pizza as if they was doing me a favour! I thought that would have just been protocol as it was their fault! The Pizza Hut in Bromley common is 10/10! Never had a problem there before but many at Marion crescent!

   we always order from this place in Marion Crescent but the last few occasions the pizzas have got slowly worst. Just ordered a meat feast but we think the meat must have gone on holiday. Surely when you bite into a meat feast you should be getting more than the tomato base and the cheese. Phoned to complain, spoke to a very unhelpful lady, going on about it's because we ordered extra cheese. She did offer to do another pizza but after being told we had to take it back so she could check it to see if we was telling the truth, we kind of felt a bit agrieved with the whole progess, we are not normally ones to complain but when you order a meat feast you think you are going to get more than 6 pieces of meat on a pizza. Won't be going to there again.

   I just had the best experience with pizza hut driver and the food. The driver was so happy, polite and chatty to my young son, the food was still steaming and tasted so delicious. I’m new to the area and so far Pizzahut service and food has been excellent in comparison to other takeaways. Thank you st Mary’s cray pizzahut.

   Order arrived with cheesy bites, hot sauce, sweet chilli missing and the beyond meat flat bread was cold. Called the store for missing items. Was told they no longer do hot sauce even though it is on the website. The person I spoke to said they would put one extra sauce in as an apology. When the missing items arrived the cheesy bites were cold and all the inside had leaked out and they hadn't included the additional pot of sauce. Didn't bother to call back again about the cheesy bites as I had little hope of getting what was expected. Generally quite disappointing.

   Made order on just eat. I accidentally cancelled the order and phoned the store straight away to confirm that I do want the pizza and I have also still be charged. The women I spoke to on the phone told me that’s fine we can still send it out for you. I wait another 40 minutes and still have not received my food. I called back up again. The women answered she then put me Straight on hold and then a male answer confirming they now can’t do the order. Just waited 40 minutes for food which I was advised by a colleague serving’s me. a

   Absolute rubbish had two pizzas turned up one after the other was soaked ..like it had been sweating in the box ... ingredients slide straight off the the pizza and the dow wasn't cooked through .. very disappointed
