Waited over an hour and a half for one pizza that said would be delivered within 15 minutes. Food tuned up cold and hardly ate any. Waste of money and time. Won’t be going back.
Napoli Pizza was one of my favorite takeaways, but unfortunately, by leaving it to other people, everything has changed and the quality and quantity of food they serve to customers has become very bad. Today, as usual, I ordered a kebab, which was unfortunately tasteless, dry, and chewy, most of which ended up in the trash instead of me, and I just lost money. I don't recommend to anyone.
1st time I've used this place. Just sorry I haven't before. Phone call was understandable. Delivery was good time. Most of all. Food was delicious
Not the best experience spring rolls soggy burned. Chips cold soggy and pizza cold didn't really have any taste very pore ingredients used you can clearly tell . Best part was the can of coke the meal deal came with lol.
The business is located on a busy road, on Stanley Road in the heart of Bootle. It was my first visit to Napoli Pizza place. I ordered a pizza margarita and some chips and a can of Fanta. I collected the food (I ordered by the counter). Took less than 10 minutes until they got ready. Food was hot, looked delicious! However, the pizza tasted bland, very average. While it was hot the tomato sauce was dominating, when got colder the cheese and some extra strong garlic taste were dominating. Somehow wasn’t the best! Chips was piping hot, which a hint of that red salt. Definitely the best chips around the area! Service was quick, staff was really friendly. I like the both options for cash or card payments. I only can recommend this place.
Always go here. Never had any problems at all, ordered tonight said 40 mins was here in 10 . Want go anywhere else
Just had 1 of the best special kebabs I've ever had, the portion was huge, it was that good I actually phoned the the shop to say how great it was, bin coming here for last 12 months an tonight was the truly unbelievable, there hot chilli and tahini is awesome, 5 star
Been here a few times and always good food and service for a reasonable price.
Hot/tastey/generous portions/quick deliveries. All delivery drivers are always lovely and pleasant too. On the rare occasion anything might be missing or wrong for any reason the owner is great and very conscientious, nothing is ever an issue. Great example of good customer service and it’s hard to compete with.
