   Staff got my order wrong whilst there I told them this and asked if it could be re made to the order I asked for they did this very reluctantly making faces and comments whilst doing so when it was one of their own employees fault for the order being wrong not mine, when the order was re made we was given small kebabs even though we had ordered large and payed the extra cost for that, the chips were not cooked and couldn’t be eaten and the pizza was undercooked too, overall was extremely disappointing after having good experience in past I will not be returning

   The food is always lovely, but your staff need to read. order receipt, the garlic bread and pepperoni should’ve been folded. It’s not a big deal, but that’s what the customer requested

   Foods awful. Every single time. Ended up with a pizza that made me want to vomit. Meat tastes old and off cheese is rubber and funky tasting. Deletes it's justeat account everytime it's reviews highlight how bad it is.

   Best pizza, in my opinion I’ve never not enjoyed their pizzas. I order a lot of take aways to try find the best ones for pizzas and I’ve narrowed it right down to Toscana. The veg always tastes fresh and it’s never greasy or rubbery like most take away pizzas, I’ve ordered 4 times in the last few months and will continue ordering.

   Cashless in-store I'm afraid However... The cheesy garlic bread and the pizzas are divine - top tier for this type of pizza joint. I think the difference is ingredients, they use real cheese and decent sauce. So for the price you're paying it's amazing

   Wouldn't bother with here again. Food arrived 1,1/2hr after ordering. Chips cold and like cardboard, hardly any toppings on pizza and drink.missing from order. Shame as used to be nice place

   Awful service, we ordered two monster kebabs, 1 without lamb or kofta and no sauce. They both arrived with mayo which I'm allergic to. They said we would have a replacement. After 1 hour no replacement. We rang up again and were told it should have arrived, the person who took the call then said that he would personally drive up and deliver one in 15 minutes. Still no replacement after two hours. We requested a refund which they refused to give us. Absolutely awful.

   My order did take quite a while to arrive although the food was still hot on arrival. As for the taste the pizza had way too much cheese so the rest of the toppings couldn't really be tasted, except the olives. It wasn't bad; just bland; a bit like posh cheese on toast.
