   I had such a great experience at Soldeli! The sushi and sashimi were incredibly fresh, and the cuts of fish were thick, tender, and full of flavor — you can really taste the quality. The rice was perfectly seasoned and held together just right, and every piece looked beautifully presented. The staff were friendly and attentive without being pushy, and the atmosphere was cozy and clean. It’s definitely one of the better sushi spots around — I’ll be coming back soon!

   The sushi platter price has increased by 22% from £36.5 to £44.50, yet the food quality is the same, if not worse. The service has also declined — it was once limited but still decent, and now it’s simply poor. When we asked for a small bowl for a child, the staff handed us a bowl cover instead. This is far from the standard of Japanese hospitality. Perhaps the management has changed, as the overall experience is no longer what it used to be.Sadly, this may be our last visit as we were disappointed.

   This sushi restaurant offers good quality fish at a reasonable price. I also appreciate that the sushi was freshly made. However, the food isn’t so exceptional that it warrants a special trip. If you don’t live nearby, I suggest you save the trip. I was also expecting the shop area to be larger, but it was quite small. P.S. the matcha ice cream they sell in the shop area wasn’t great, skip.

   Great authentic Japanese food. Probably match to Tokyo standard. Affordable price. Definitely recommend to visit if you miss Japanese food. However it takes a while to wait for the sushi and some of the staff are very new to the cashier which is not a decent experience. Hope the team can provide some trainings to improve the customer waiting time and experience. Overall, the freshness of the food can compensate all these. Worth to try.

   The staff are always nice. The food is excellent but it also depends on who prepares your food… most times, we were happy, but once the fish was so thinly sliced that you could see the rice underneath, as shown on the photos. Also the prices aren’t cheap considering you get it in takeaway boxes. You can get similar food at these prices at some London restaurants. I do like Soldeli though as they have a wide variety of sushi! (The last picture is when the sushi is made well!)

   As their prices are quite attractive , I decided to order some fish from this company without expecting much. But the sashimi seafood I received was so good quality that I am now a fan of this brand !! Great seafood and good value by far. Many choices to choose from , including interesting Japanese sake range. Nice experience with their customer service who was helpful and informative. Seriously a good recommendation !!!

   Such a beautiful store and you can see lots of effort and money has been put into it. The retail store has only just opened so racks are still a little sparse. Thought lots of sake and alcohol beverages available. Would be great for some seat in sashimi with sake. You've seen lots of photos of the interior which is 2 flights of stairs up. So here is a photo of the swanky toilet on the ground floor which looks like ur in a toilet at a 5 star hotel then a industrial unit at Southall!

   Fantastic Sashimi and very nice atmosphere. Also extremely friendly staff. You know you are in a proper Japanese sushi place when you see chucky juicey sashimi bering served while majority customers are original Japanese. Definitely recommend it!
