   So I phoned up 1st to check on something, guy said yes order on food hub and just put in notes what you request , no problem , he got order completely wrong , then I phoned up to tell him don't worry about missing item as too late he stated to argue etc , won't use again

   Placed order online at 8.58pm - no food by 10.07pm so rang up enquiring said was en route with driver. 10.37pm still not received order. Called again, same answer as before. Food never arrived called back at 11.27. Said been delivered, told them it hadn't and I'd been waiting at door. Then said they never got order. Told them we had paid on website. Asked for my order info, Gave them it. Said they need proof of purchase to send my order out. I asked how, they said through foodhub and that I need to contact foodhub to get my money back. I used their own websit. Not one to leave bad reviews and feel we waited long enough for no food even though they happily took my money. Shame as food is lovely but not lovely enough to wait 2 and a half hours. Terrible service. Won't be going back after 11 years of custom.

   Being new in the Wirral I believe I’ve gotten quite lucky to find such a gem! Mohammad was great and the pizza I got was fresh and simply delicious. Will definitely be returning soon.

   I used to love the food from here, was the best kebab shop about, would alway throw something free in and the chocolate calzones used to be to die for, but as of recent they have gone terrible. The last time I git food from there will be the last, chicken kebab tasted undercooked, pita bread was stale and the chocolate calzone was overcooked and had no sugar in top like they used to do would recommend the new brighton kebab house on Victoria Road for anyone wanting food in new brighton

   Shocking pizza. Avoid this place. Ordered a 14" Pepperoni pizza, What got was a 14" pizza with 5 pieces of pepperoni on it. Pizza cut into 8 pieces so there wasn't even a piece of pepperoni on all 8 slices! Talk about a mean chef. Never ordering from these again.

   Spent £16 something on website, then didn't realise it discounted it. With discount it was just under £15. Picked it up too, a bit disappointed I never got cheese garlic bread and I'm a regular customer too

   I have ordered from big chef many a time and been in the shop usually the customer service and food I have had is brilliant, but tonight was the complete opposite. First of all I was told different stories from the shop (when the food was 10 mins late anyway) and then when the delivery driver rang me and I rang them back they also lied to me saying they had been outside which they hadn't been and then changed their story that my delivery was the next stop. When the food did arrive which was half an hour late, the only thing that was warm was the middle of the chips everything else was cold. I am shocked and surprised by big chef with this service. To be fair when I have spoke to staff on the phone and asked for an apology they gave it to me ( but let me reiterate when I asked) they have also assured me when I ring up for food in the future I will get a discount which I do appreciate and hope they stay true too their word, which is why I have given them one star rather than none because they have tried to provide a solution to the problem.
