   When I visited Morrisons, I was really disappointed to find that half of the freezers were out of order, there was very little food available, and many items on the shelves were out of date. It was frustrating and not what you’d expect from a store like this. However, the one positive part of my visit was Mark’s outstanding service. Despite the difficult circumstances and pressure from other customers, he stayed calm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He went out of his way to make sure I got the best assistance possible. Mark’s professionalism and dedication truly stood out he turned a poor shopping experience into a much better one. Thank you, Mark, for your kindness and commitment to great customer service.

   I’m genuinely disappointed by the level of customer service I experienced during my recent visit. One employee in particular, Alison, was notably unaccommodating. When I politely asked if we could redeem a scratch card, she responded with visible annoyance, rolling her eyes and making us feel as though we were an inconvenience. We hadn’t expected such hostility over a simple question.What was even more troubling was her behaviour toward a delivery driver who arrived to collect groceries. Alison appeared visibly agitated and, while assisting me, made a remark suggesting she would “hit him with the bags.” I’m unsure whether he heard, but both my friend and I certainly did and we found it very inappropriate and unprofessional. It’s disheartening to witness this kind of conduct from someone in a customer-facing role. This experience has left a lasting negative impression, and I sincerely hope it’s addressed.

   Absolutely gone down hill. Top shelf states no more then 50kg, 1 case high. No cleaning team for all the standing water. Trip hazards all over. Standing in self service up to 5mins for a staff member to authorise my shopping. Returning stock to correct locations with out checking for contamination or check temperatures.

   Beware when shopping in Morrisons because yellow label said McVities chocolate biscuits were on offer at £2 instead of £2.25 and I didn't check the receipt in the shop but when I got home and looked they went through at £2.25!!

   The car park is very confusing. The large slab of wood we had in the boot careered wildly left and right as we circumnavigated the slalom and switchback entrance, ending up in the bus turning circle for the park and ride. In the cafe we ordered 2 breakfasts. Asked if the sausages were gluten free and they said no but they had gluten free bread. Used to not having sausages due to them not being gluten free. When it came there where 2 sausages on the plate the lady said were meat free. Not what we asked for. I asked if they were gluten free and explained they probably still had wheat in, she then offered to go and put some meat ones in which still weren’t gluten free. She said she would bring the toast over. The toast finally arrived after I’d finished eating. The half tomato on the plate didn’t look like it had seen any form of heat although it did look like it had some kind of ordeal. The capuchino from the machine was just slightly more than luke warm and half full. The cafe area was freezing cold. Fortunately the shop had a nice selection of cooked hams and cheese so grabbed some snacks for later.

   This is a good sized Morrisons superstore. There is plenty of parking and trolleys, the shelves were well stocked and there was more than enough till staff and self-service check outs. There are pizzas, cooked meats and hundreds of other products to chose from.

   We have visited this store many times for a bite to eat before shopping and I have to say that it is not for the faint hearted. You have dirty cutlery, no knapkins and on occasion the staff can be awful. However we have in the past experienced some good staff but they don't last for long. All in all not a good experience.

   Not too busy of a supermarket. Only issue I had was when I went to pay, there was an item that was withdrawn for sale but was still on the shelf. I actually wanted that item the most from my visit there. Couldn't purchase in the end as a result. Only thing I can say is for morrisons need to keep up to date with what is actually for sale
