I love Kokoro but I had it delivered today and found a hair in my sweet and sour chicken. This is so unhygienic. Please remind your workers to abide by health and safety standards.
I had such a wonderful experience with Kokoro in Staines for my first online order! The food was absolutely delicious, especially the momos, which were full of flavor and cooked to perfection. They added a lovely personal touch by including a handwritten note and even sent some Halloween candy with my order, which was such a thoughtful surprise. This kind gesture made me feel truly appreciated as a customer. Thank you, Kokoro Staines, for the fantastic food and for going the extra mile I’ll definitely be ordering again!
Chain Korean/Japanese chain that serves decent level of food. We've had the bulgogi previously and this time I had Korean spicy chicken which hit the spot. Excellent level of spice and probably the only downside is that the portion size is small for the price point.
First time eating in Kokoro, my partner had the sushi she said “it was very tasty and she would definitely eat here again” I had the Chicken Teriyaki with boiled rice, it was okay, some of the chicken had been cooked a bit to much as it was hard, the sauce was for me a bit to strong. The chicken dumplings (2 for a £1) were not that nice, but you guys might like it. Would I eat there again, yes as I want to try the chicken curry next time and then I will update this review. Restaurant is very very clean, staff really helpful, value for money “yes” My partner said she would definitely eat there again.
Tasty food served quick! Like really quick. Like 30 seconds in and out quick. Bought from here around 10 times so far so I can't really say that they're not good can I? They're great! But i don't eat in. The place looks a bit cramped for my liking, so I just take away or order usually.
It was horrible experience as I asked for take away. Initially they didn’t pack properly. When I opened up to eat I realised they did not put any Katsu sauce which I have asked. I think they ran out of noodles so, they decided still serve me without noodles and charged me for that. KOKORO Staines-Upon-Thames is a no go! I will visit in person when I am next in Staines and will speak to the manager. That’s not acceptable….
The food is delicious, full of flavour and very cheap compared with other Asian cuisine restaurants. Keep up the good work! Bits that weren't (in my opinion) that great. It looks like a fast-food restaurant (small square tables). The cutlery is... plastic and you procure it yourself from a stand next to the exit. I'm not (yet) convinced that it's a restaurant. You can eat inside... but I felt I was in a fast food place. All in all, You can take to food home and enjoy it.
Decent sushi for a take away chain. Definitely much better quality than any other sushi chain. It takes fresh. The warm food is also decent and great to have size options. Regular size is actually not bad at all. Price: Sushi is going to be just a little more pricey than other chains but it's worth the quality. There are space to sit inside but it's definitely designed to take out.
