   Fast food establishments forcing tips culture. I have been visiting this branch for years & the service used to be great. However now they have an awkward forced tip culture. When you go to pay they awkwardly ask you how much you would like to tip on the machine & you are presented with several ridiculous options 15% 25% 40% 50% and finally NO TIP. Please explain why anybody would need this option? It only forces you to have an unhappy server to deal with after you click No after already having your pants pulled down? We are paying £11.50 for white rice & meat, that is thrown in a paper container wrapped in cling film within a matter of 30 seconds, how does this warrant a tip? McDonald’s or Subway don’t try to force tip culture & neither should you. A simple tip jar on the side is fine but don’t force these encounters upon your customers. After pressing no to the tip the member of staffs attitude completely changed, I asked for a paper plate or empty container as I was eating in of course all the meat was at the top so to all the rice at the bottom, after spending £30 overall on my meal I was told I’d have to pay more for an additional disposable container ? Small acts of customer service should be given towards your customers rather than being hungry for every penny you can scrounge off your customers.

   This place has gone sadly downhill in the last year or so and it has hit an all time low. I am now very concerned about the quality of their food and their food preparation practises. On more than one occasion I have alerted the staff that their food labels have incorrect ingredients. You will find avocado in sushi rolls that claim to have cucumber in them instead, for example. Today I bought a wakame salad, labelled ‘edamame’ and - regrettably - it was utterly rancid. There was an intense and violent taste of gone off fish that made me almost sick. I had to spit it out and throw it away. The sushi rice in the deluxe nigiri set and crunch prawn roll was over cooked to the point of it being almost see-through and wet. The ‘prawn’ is just soggy batter, the avocado is brown, and the fish in the nigiri was so unpleasant and mushy I had to spit that out too. Honestly this is the worst meal I have ever bought in Kokoro. The entire order of £20+ is going in the bin and I’m waiting to see what impact the small mouthfuls I have had have on my stomach.

   i love spice but the chilli pork was pretty much inedible! i had a go eating it but it was too spic just are the noodles. made vindaloo feel like korma! went back to discuss and they literally didn’t care! didn’t offer me an alternative so i ended up buying two lunches. out if curtesy if a customer returns i would expect empathy and an alternative offer

   I don't like the ginormous amount of rice they put in. I like kokoro brand, I did order it from many places, and woking one is the worst. Today I went there and got 3 small pieces of chicken and rest was rice, literally atleast 80% was rice. It didn't happen for the first time, I was regular client, and my last few visits ended the same, I usually go there with my friend, and he is getting the same. Didn't had this problem in other kokoro shops, in windsor they put generous amount of meat which is very tasty. In woking they will serve you just rice with a lottle bit of meat, that was my last visit there, I m disappointed. Don't go to woking kokoro guys, guildford kokoro is way better, and it is few minutes ride from woking.
