   Ordered sushi online, then realised it was the counter in Waitrose so immediately tried to cancel as I find their sushi is usually dry and not fresh. No means of cancelling despite calling up - was told I had to call head office. So went to collect my sushi only to find that they had not even processed the order - the system was accepting orders but not sending them to be made up. There was another woman there with the same issue. They did not have the ingredients even for the orders they were accepting so I had to just collect something completely different from what I ordered. There was no way of getting a refund as it was processed online apparently. The only saving grace was the excellent guy (Andres?) behind the counter who was friendly and helpful. But the customer service was otherwise bad, and the sushi was (as predicted) not good.

   Top quality Sushi at it's best ! So fresh and my favourites are Sashimi, Vege Crunch and Chicken katsu curry. The staff are very helpful as been going to Sushi Daily for many years.

   This is worst Sushi Daily that I ever came across. Sushi pieces had very stale dry rice, maybe they were made early morning, and I bought them mid-afternoon. they should not be displaying them after a couple of hours of making them. No soy sauce, wasabi or anything whatsoever inside the boxes and no chopsticks available. Extremely poor standard.

   Horrible company that throws all their sushi away instead of reducing the price. This is their daily toss straight to the garbage. Would be reduced if they planned their inventory/demand well or reduced prices close to closing. Greed is disgusting. I hope they go bankrupt soon.
