   I ordered and was tols it would take an hour as they were busy. I rang back after an hour and a half to be told they were en route. Waited another 30 minutes and rang again and was ignored. A lady rang from one delivery admin and said she was sorry and it was now definitely en route .I waited 3 HOURS in total. I've been in catering for 35 years and this is unacceptable servi e. I was given £5 discount code ' to use next time's won't be using them again.

   Love the concept of it, all your favourite fast food chains that don't deliver at the availability of a normal takeaway. But they take ages tovdeliver, my order took almost 2 hours to come tonight, when I have 2 hungry kids who are getting a treat of there favourite food this is a nightmare, by the time it came they had lost interest. I've had things missing from my order, foodboxs smashed inside the bag. Better off jumping in the car and going to get it yourself.

   No way to call to complain that my food was not what I had ordered. And what I did get was freezing cold. The time before this my delivery took 2 and half hours to come even though I had preordered . There is no management here the drivers just do as they wish. Absolutely disgusting

   I've got food that I ordered over two hours ago with a measly pound discount and then food seems like was bought hours ago. No ice in both flat drinks and food Im havin having to reheat. Don't get how ice can completely melt en route? Absolute joke and should have said as I did say I was about to order from somewhere else but you assured me was fine to do the delivery but obviously that wasn't the case as really this isn't worth what I've paid or really acceptable. It was still an hour after that I placed the order that I even spoke to some awful unhelpful representative from one delivery regarding my order but im not going to hash it out just feel this isn't acceptable at all and I did order originally at 9.52pm so hasn't been straight to me really as I've got it at 11.55pm!! Wont be ordering again an Its a shame as always use one delivery but not now after this and when others provide same service
