From my experience it’s a lovely cafe and the foods been decent. But the manager is rude and can’t take criticism from her customers. I’ve witnessed them wash everything in the sink together and plates cups and cutlery still have food stains on them. She must remember that 100’s of people eat from them and maybe try wash and sanitise things properly or buy the more hygienic choice of plastic or bamboo cutlery. The cups have chips in them which harbour germs. I’ve never had this experience at other cafes before and I will be choosing to not use their services anymore as I’m not happy with the customer service and the hygiene.

I’m sure I’ve reviewed here already but I’ll do it again. This is the best cafe in the area, no competition gets even close. £6.69 for mega breakfast including a tea or coffee, spot on portion sizes, service time is good. Pay on order. Just a decent greasy spoon local cafe. Pop in and give it a try, I now try to get a breakfast once a week from here!

A great bunch of people, I didn’t really know what to have, one of those days when “just feed me, anything will do!” They opted for a hot pork sandwich with stuffing and gravy, a plate of chips and a builders cuppa tea. Perfect, the best pork sarnie I’ve had in years and all for a £5er

One of the nicest cafes I’ve been to in a long while. I eat at cafes a lot due to my work and it’s so nice to come somewhere where the staff are lovely and funny, food is piping hot and delicious. I had a large vegetarian breakfast with a cup of tea and a can of pop and it only cost £5. This cafe is busy most the time and I’m not surprised, however it doesn’t get really noisy, it also has an upstairs and toilet. Place is nice, clean and light. This is where I’m coming again when I’m visiting Dudley. I will be leaving a tip.

The food was nice the price was good but the girl at the counter squeezed the teabag with her fingers before handing me my cup of tea. Then the lad brought my plate over and his thumb was swimming in my beans ewwww!! Hygiene seems a little lacking from some of the workers.

Excellent cafe in the Fountain arcade. Very clean, plenty of tables including an upstairs floor. Toilets very clean. We had the regular breakfast and a vegetarian, with two teas for under a tenner. Nicely cooked, and a good cuppa. Large menu on the wall and noticed one of the roast dinners that was getting positive feedback. Definitely returning, nice place and friendly people.
