   I had the most disgusting experience ever in every aspect of it; there were two Indian guys, the one that was serving the food was touching all the surfaces around the pace and then he would go prepare the food for the customers without bothering to wash his hands. He thought it was totally fine to put his hand on the food and give it to someone to eat….the other guy started to clean the place with about 40 minutes before the closing time and was raising all the dust in the air that I had to actually tell him to stop. Than they started to make comments and laugh about me complaining like we were the ones in the wrong. It was an absolute joke and unacceptable behaviour. Someone should go and inspect the place as they are certainly not serving food in a clean and customer safe manner. Not going to that place ever again.

   Nice quick food. Small portions considering but food quality is good and full of flavour. Not overly expensive for London. Very popular, couldn't get a seat so ate outside as there are benches over the road. Would recommend

   I came here earlier today after a long day at work and was very impressed by the warm, clean atmosphere and friendly customer service. In particular, I must shout out my server Julia who was incredibly polite and welcoming when I was ordering. The rice bowl I had was incredibly flavourful and was exactly what I needed. I would 100% come back again.

   I tried Itsu and while the food wasn’t exactly to my taste, I really liked the cozy, pink-toned atmosphere. The highlight for me was definitely the charging system — such a thoughtful touch for customers.

   Always love the branding of itsu! "Eat Beautiful" and their itsu word meaning - anywhere. High quality Japanese fast food, very clean yet healthy too. Had a salmon sushi roll, and also with a chicken salad. Didnt expect much from the chicken salad but it was packed with green ingredients like edamame beans, sunflower seeds and other grains, which turned out to be very fulfilling. Also had a vegetarian balls on top which was also delicious! Lovely environment for a fast food restaurant, and good consistent branding. Everything is biodegradable too.

   Very polite and friendly staff and beautiful clean place. I am not used to eat ready cold prepared sushi but it was ok. The soups it was ok too. Its not something very tasty and delicious but is a solution for fast and good in price meal. Also have vegan options.
